Fresh and delicious! This place is very unassuming but has delicious, freshly made food! We’ve had the Manchuria chicken, veg hot and sour soup, veg corn, veg Manchurian soup, and other veg dishes. We go for the non-breaded options.Staff are friendly, the place is clean and comfortable, and service is quick!This has become our go-to for Hakka in the area! Will be coming back often!
The best chinese ive had in awhile! Literally every item was delicious!! The family who owns it was so nice and the chef even let us try a new recipe which he was working on and it was definitely one of the best dishes. The girl answered all our questions so nicely and even helped us decide what we wanted. Clean place including the bathroom. Some pics of dishes we tried.
No other restaurant even comes close to the quality of food these guys serve. The food is amazing, portions are amazing, prices are amazing. These guys just simply do it better than others.
Everything from the service, hygiene to food was bad. We dined in as a family & were seated at a dirty table with food stains which weren't cleaned until we mentioned it to the server. The servers would always disappear into the back for 15 minute intervals and leave the store front unattended. The utensils were dirty as well. In terms of food, we ordered the hot sour soup, chowmein, lollipop chicken, fried rice, pad thai, wontons, fried dumplings, and satay beef. Everything was mediocre but the pad thai, satay beef and wontons were especially disappointing. The wontons were super small (size of a toonie), pad thai was weirdly orange and acidic, and the satay was excessively sweet. Overall, it was a super disappointing experience.
I have frequented there alot. Prices have gone up and they are not giving complimentary rice with their dishes anymore which is a big no no for me now. If you have increased the prices then why are you cutting off something which is essential with the Chinese food. Extra $2 for rice is absurd. Pandemic has been more beneficial for these restaurants. They have been making more money in these times than they ever did before. So how come they are complaining about rising food prices. Anyways 1 star. Nothing special.
Piece of shi$ owner/manager needs to learn some manners and basic customer service skills.He is the owners son and I guess thats why he doesn't care and has so much attitude.Doesn't even use gloves or masks in the kitchen.Horrible establishment. Don't go there.
Ordered the chicken hakka noodles and gravy chicken manchurian. Tastes nice and quantity is good. Manchurian is exceptional. Would definitely order this again. Hakka noodles could do with some spices. But the combination of both is good!!
Excellent food. This is one of my/my wife's favorite restaurants. We always do take out, so can't speak to the dine in experience, but the food is delicious and flavourful. I recommend the crispy beef - SO good. One of my favorite dishes anywhere. Also I would recommend the manchurian chicken with gravy and the spicy green beans. You won't be disappointed with this combo!

I used to live in Thorncliffe park and we used to eat here all the time and it was great food. We haven't been here in years and just revisited. And honestly, it tasted just as amazing as before. Consistently delicious over the all these years
