DO NOT EAT HERE. They tell us they don’t have the food 35 minutes after us placing the order. They take nearly an hour to serve the food even when not busy.There we’re 6 of us dining and they served each of us our dish 15 - 20 minutes apart. My friends were done eating before I even got my dish. This place is a joke they don’t deserve to be in business. They then had the audacity to say “was it worth the wait” for their terrible food.
I ordered like 5 things.Didn't like anyone of them.Am not surprised. The cleanliness isn't that great either. Wouldn't recommend at all.
I love this place! Me and my family got the veg Manchurian and the chicken lollipops they were to die for. This is my 10th time coming here, I have tried a lot of the dishes they are all amazing and perfect.The hospitality is perfect. I got greeted by a guy named Sukhwinder. If I could rate this more I would give it a 20.
Terrible food, Worst service- if only I could give it a 0 star rating or negative rating!I visited the restaurant today with my friends, and we totally understand that it’s Christmas Day so the restaurant would of course be busy and service could be delayed- no issues with waitingBut when the restaurant is short on soup bowls and napkins, that even though we were dining indoor, we still had to have our soup in take-out containers and were brought paper towel as a replacement for napkins, you really begin to question the service.The servers were confused, we were brought food after waiting for like 30mins (which is alright) but after the food was sitting on our table for 5mins while we were awaiting our cutlery, the server takes away the food saying it was for another table!We tried the following dishes-Manchow chicken soup - 7/10(taste)Chicken lollipops- 5/10 (taste) you could taste the oilPunjabi fish pakora - 5/10 (taste) you could taste the oilBombay triple schezwan - 6(taste)Manchurian gravy - 2(taste) the chicken pieces were soaked with oil, and honestly just made us all feel after a couple of bitesWe did try talking to the person in charge at the restaurant about our experience, however all she said was “you should try visiting us on a not so busy day”
We visited the store at 9pm and ordered the food it took them more thn an hour to bring water and plates on our table. The place was not busy. We asked them for napkins and they told us they are out of it. They didn’t have soup bowl and gave us paper cups. Server dropped a different order on our plate and took it back to another customer saying it for other table. Worst service. Food quantity is so less. Never visiting again!
I ordered chicken hot and sour soup large. When I came to pick up my soup. She made me wait extra 10 mins. When I checked the bag. It only had 1 soup medium . When I clearly ordered large. When I called the restaurant they were extremely rude. Instead of apologizing. I had the worst experience at Hakka flam. The customer service is zero. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Food taste delicious. Quality, Quality and taste is amazing. The service was Goo too. Love the place in Love the food.
I would say best place to dine in with your loved ones..you feel comfort like home n taste is mouth watering.. politeness of staff and owner with each customer is appreciated..I would recommend everyone who is looking for best indian Chinese restaurant should visit here.. lastly its pocket friendly with good quality and quantity..
The chicken manchurian fried rice is one of the best dishes they have... its really great place.... would vist more often...
Amazing food ? Loved their Kung Pao Chicken and Singapore noodles.. must try crispy beef..this place has become our every Friday dine-in place..
