Great place to eat and share!

Very busy location, so make sure you queue up early on the day you're arriving!Staff are very efficient at cleanup and set-up, and are well trained.Food is great, meats are high quality, well marinated and veggies are fresh. I usually get the dinner menu, but lunch menu is better value (though less selection).I like to get a bibimbap, try all the beef/pork, and make lettuce wraps.A great place to grill ayce food with friends and share some drinks

Gyubee is described as a "Japanese Grill" but it gives a Korean BBQ experience.I loveeeee Gyubee and I've been to the Bloor location multiple times but it was my first time here at Dundas. One thing that I immediately noticed about this location is how much smaller this space is in comparison to the Bloor location which is currently closed for renovations. We had the dinner menu which costs $50 per adult if you pay cash, and a little more expensive if you pay with a debit card. They do not accept credit cards. If you don't mind grilling your meats (and seafood) over dinner then you'll love this. The quality of meats is amazing. I love everything. The chicken wings are lovely but require a lot of work on the grill. Besides the shrimps, I'm not a fan of the seafood. I always have the Bibimap as well. They offer creme brûlée and ice cream lolly for dessert which are both yummy. It's a laid-back restaurant so you really can come as you are. It may get quite loud with people talking but it's not bad at all. Top tip: Best to come hungry cos it is all you can eat and they will bring whatever you order for 2 hours non-stop. Of course, I'll be back here!

Went for dinner on Friday (about 50$) per person after taxes is pretty good !! Service is always perfect, waiters always come to collect dishes, refill water.Menu is delicious including the desserts.Tip: check in through the Yelp wait list

I'm glad for this downtown location to open. It's such a great place to meet up with friends after a long day at work. There could be a bit of a wait, but there are so many things to do along Dundas and Nathan Phillips Square, so it's not bad. It's not my first time having Gyubee, and this location has the same quality of delicious bbq as I expected. I was especially impressed at the staffs' attentive service. They change the grills at the right time, friendly, and was efficient in delivering food and taking orders. Despite lots of people, they do not rush you.Fantastic feast for a group of hungry friends!

Always a great time at this AYCE Japanese grill restaurant that offers a wide selection of beef, pork, chicken, seafood, veggies, appetizers, side dishes, rice/noodles and dessert! Great price, quality ingredients, incredibly friendly staffs. The only downside is that the wait time can be very long, especially on a weekend evening, because they don't take reservations for less than 6 people. There was an unreasonably upset customer before us but I was very impressed to see how Karen handled this challenging situation with so much kindness, respect, and grace. I respect people like Karen in the service industry that can continue to demonstrate professionalism and work ethic even during the most stressful times!

Thursday all-you-can-eat dinner $50/per person(tax&tip included), worth every penny! we love prime kalbi/beef tongue/short rib/squid/pork belly/cold tofu/clam/shrimp with mushroom.Desserts are ice cream and crème brûlée, they are both amazing…I got four of the crème brûlée!(Personally don’t recommend sweet potato)Staffs will come in a line and sing a birthday song to you if you tell them, our birthday boy was thrilled by the warm gesture!Staff Owen is the best. He’s super kind and attentive, literally dropped by every 10min to check if we need to order anything more.

We had Lunch menu but you can have dinner at Lunch time. Different selections for dinner and i think it is better. Don’t eat Cabbage salad if you have a nut allergies. We told them one of us has nut allergies. They didn’t mention salad dressing even though i asked about what is in the salad dressing. We got allergy reaction. Meats are not the best quality but with the Price, it is worth it. I definitely recommend this place.

Super delicious food, super fast service. I mean, we ordered the first round, and it was on our table in the next 5 minutes. The clearing and attention on the table were efficient and proactive. The only suggestion for management or ownership is having a tab or something through which people can order, and it goes to the kitchen directly. It'll save a lot of server's time as well as customer's time, just like Sakana House has that.

The best All You Can Eat Japanese/Korean BBQ place! Their service is excellent every time I visit there and all the servers are very accommodating. They don’t have lots of menu for lunch compare to dinner but still very worth to visit. It might feel as though they’re a bit expensive but considering the amount of food you would get, it’s definitely a reasonable price. The only downside is they only take cash or debit. Highly recommend though!
