My husband and I are frequent customers at this location and overall do enjoy our experience here. Price-wise, yes it is pricey.. most juices are $7.95 while a few are $8.95 which stops us from purchasing from here as much as we’d like to. What I don’t understand is how the same juice is $7.95 at a Greenhouse location but the exact same product can be found at Loblaws for $5.99 (Farma-C, The Good, Deep Roots).Usually we have a fair experience customer-service wise, but today we were quite disappointed when we ordered 2 smoothies. We ordered the Rococoa and the Brewster. After paying and waiting 5 mins the cashier said they were out of coffee and couldn’t make the Brewster so asked what we would want instead- we said we’ll take the Undercover Greens. She said she will refund us the Brewster ($8.95) and recharge us for the Undercover Greens ($10.95). If your establishment has something on the menu but not the sufficient ingredients I think the right way to handle this (after making us wait already) is to just give us the Undercover Greens for the same price as the Brewster. Instead, the cashier proceeded to do a return then a re-purchase…. All because of a $2 difference! THEN after waiting another few minutes on the Undercover greens… she comes to tell us there is indeed coffee and that they can make the Brewster…. This was very frustrating. We said we didn’t want the Brewster as we were already waiting long enough and saw 5 customers who came in after us already left with their smoothies.Again, great juice.. a bit pricey… but being frequent customers this wasn’t the experience we expect at this location.UPDATE: After revisiting this location we were disappointed again by being told to wait outside for 15min while the store closes to do inventory (on a Sunday afternoon!). While waiting 2 mins outside the employee let 2 people walk in and buy juices. I walked in and she said.. "Oh would you like to buy juice?" after she realized I saw her attend to other customers. I said no. I want to order 2 smoothies. She said there were no smoothies being made today - unbelievable service. No apologies, no care, just terrible, unprofessional customer service. Outside, another long-time customer approached us and said that the service here is terrible, that this employee cannot handle the pressure and that she will be making complaints. Someone needs to get to this location and fix the service here as you're on the verge of losing your loyal customers.

First time here, came during covid 19 but stage 3 so shopping in store was available. Fresh juices and food product as well as facial treatments are available here Products, but they are a bit pricey. Products are all pretty fresh but I did not like the last behind the counter. She was very rude and dismissive. When j entered she was talking on her phone to a friend in another language making me feel very uncomfortable. Even when I asked for help she didn't hang up the phone immediately. Overall I don't think I will return due to the poor service vs cost. I don't think I will recommend this place either mainly due to the very poor and disrespectful service.
Pass. Both smoothies I tried tasted mostly like a single ingredient. The Rococoa tasted like a spoonful of almond butter. The Undercover Greens tasted like an unripened banana. Ultimately, both smoothies were overwhelming (too thick and too expensive) and underwhelming (not tasty). There are other quality health products that I would consider purchasing.
This location didn't feel well stocked at the time. Easy to get to. Park down Niagara. Queen is always a pain to park on.
Great location. The Vanilla brekky is my favourite. The staff were OK. It was overwhelmingly busy which made it hard to communicate.
I really like the juices, but I hope they start taking bottles back again soon. Other juice shops have started taking them back again and sanitizing for reuse.
They are really friendly and the atmosphere is great! A little bit on the expensive side, but worth it for the great products.
Absolutely in LOVE with Greenhouse's Green Cleanse! It is by far one of the best cold pressed juice cleanses out there as I have tried several other companies.They come with a great variety of daily juices and shots creating an ease in the difficulty of doing a cleanse. My favorite part of the day is the Vanilla Almond Brekky - it is delicious!!!!They also send you an e-file Cleanse guide on what to do before and during to be successful and to see the best results. Very good resource for both new and ritual cleansers!And lastly - amazingly competitive price!!! One of the least expensive cleansing packages in the market. They also have variety in cleanse length which is great.Cheers to Cold pressed juice cleanses and would definitely recommend this company and cleanse to anyone!
A conscious healthy eating and juice bar... I support the concepts they try to run their business with but would keep exploring new options as well, with their menu..
