5 stars but honestly should be higher. From the outside this hidden gem goes unnoticed. However, beyond the pub-like bar in the front is a beautiful place to have a wedding or event with a mix of an outdoor green space, patio, and inside venue. The food was absolutely amazing, the cook there needs a raise! The organizing staff was an absolute delight and they really cater to the guests and are very experienced and adapt well to last minute changes. The bar staff is pleasant and the owners have near perfected their own brews. After having our wedding here, I would have liked to come back the next day to do it all over again. My guests for my wedding loved everything about this place and everyone is hoping to return again very soon for the ale, food, and hospitality. Well done granite brewery staff. I will be trying to find any reason to celebrate just to book there again. Thank you everyone!Final words: Unforgettable, hidden gem, and Exceptional!

My daughter held her wedding here (this was the couple's first date so it was sentimental) and I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff...second to none! The food...amazing! The venue itself...a great place for a more intimate smaller (less than 120 people) wedding. They have option of an outdoor grassy area for the ceremony. There is the covered heated patio for flexibility and not always being indoors. The venue was very clean...and free parking!!! The pricing is amazing affordable. Absolutely a stress free occasion with nothing but happy tears!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

A large, friendly and pleasant pub with 2 outdoor patios (front, on Mount Pleasant, and a roomy attractive one out back) that have been very welcome during COVID. The staff manage the social distancing rules efficiently and in a reassuring way. The food is tasty and a little more ambitious than usual for a conventional pub, but still reasonably priced. Free parking in the arcade next door. Would go there any time.

Ordered takeout fish and chips. Fries were so burned they were dark brown and tasted awful. Fish was edible although some of batter tasted burned. Coleslaw tasteless, no seasoning. Should be tangy. Called to express my disappointment. She apologized but said kitchen was really busy. So what, no self respecting cook should send that out of the kitchen. That $20plus of my seniors pension wasted. Third mediocre to really bad meal I’ve now had there. Three strikes and you’re out.

Excellent fresh beer brewed on site paired with great food and friendly staff.

great staff and service!!

We love Garnite Brewery. The place is nice, clean and cozy. Staff are great and always be around you when you want to order. Wow, their beer; no one can beat them .In the end,we were surprised about the price. Compared to what we eat and enjoyed, the price was so less than we expected.

Granite is one of our favourite bars/restaurants in Toronto. The beer is outstanding - we especially like the Galactic and Best Bitter. All the food is amazing, way way above your typical "pub" food. The chicken wings are our go to, but seriously, nothing is bad here. Free and easy parking in a garage underground. Their delivery service for beer is also top notch.

I have now been here a few times and it is now my favourite pub in the area! The staff are very friendly and it is an incredibly homey environment. There is a ton of seating and you will never need to wait and the food comes pretty quick. Their burger is amazing and so is their selection of beer.If you are looking for a more quiet place to grab drinks or dinner then check it out. They have two large patios in the summer as well.

I have been living in the neighborhood for a while but I visited this brewery for the very first time last week. We sat in the back patio that has some heaters so you can dine outside in spite of the weather. I ordered the blackened salmon salad which was delicious and has a really good salmon portion. The beer was refreshing and they have something for every palate. Overall, I would say this restaurant offers a good value for money and it's one of the few ones in Mount Pleasant that still have its patio working.
