I usually love their croissants and pains au chocolat but today it's disappointing, they are really bland and tasteless. I don't know what happened ?
I'm giving two stars because the cashier was really nice. Their spinach feta quiche was incredibly bland and tasteless. I kept searching for the taste of spinach and cheese but couldn't find any.
Their baked goods are amazingly delicious.I ordered the Russian Roulette pastry box from ubereats and it was a pleasant surprise :) highly recommend when you need some excitement when WFH.

Absolutely lovely French bakery! Croissants done right, with a selection of other pastries and sweets like danishes, madeleines, butter tarts, and cookies. Other goods include sourdough, ice cream, sorbet, and jams. A few other take-home options I haven't had the chance to try, and coffee as well if you want to make this a morning stop. Everything is freshly baked and very tasty. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Great place to treat yourself!

There are no words to describe just how heavenly the kouign-amann is here.
This bakery now has a second location on Eglinton Ave just east of Avenue Road and I can confirm that the Kouign Amann is just as brilliant at the new location. And again thank goodness neither store is too close to where I live or I would be in real trouble ... LOL.
Wonderfully creative and delicious assortment of croissants and many other baked goods. Hopefully soon to be a neighbourhood staple.P.S. The service at Goûter is too kind. One time I ordered online and a glitch in the system placed the order on a day they were closed. The staff went out of their way to contact me to deliver a fresh order on said off day, free of extra charge and even though they were closed!
