Torta Della Nonna ice cream: Pine nuts, shortbread, lemon & ricotta. Good: shortbread still crispy. Amazing: spoke to the freshness of the ice cream. The flavours were blended well together & balanced

Gluten free subs!! I’ve been following along for awhile for the ice cream and have still not tried it, but was drawn in when I saw they had gluten free buns for the subs. It was fantastic; the toppings were generous and flavourful, but the bun was such a pleasant surprise. We got two cold subs, the classic and the Turkey. The seasoning on the bun was lovely, the texture was surprisingly great - held together and not dry or crumbly. Can’t wait to check out the new location!

Tasty selections of icecream, including a few vegan options, and fantastic hot submarines (mushroom veggie version is addictive). Super friendly staff and co-owners (Eric goes above and beyond). Eating local is ridiculously easy when it's this delicious. Also they have, in the summer, ice cream filled donuts. I repeat, ICE CREAM FILLED DONUTS.

Lovely service! The kids really enjoyed the free ice-cream on Halloween ? ?....such a nice treat! Thanks for making trick or treating extra special ?

Good Behaviour is a small charming shop that serves ice cream and submarines. The big open window and high ceiling design is quite attractive.I learned from the store manager (Mike?) that their ice cream is made from a custard like base, i.e., they use egg yolks and more cream. For a Yelp Elite event, I received a complimentary two scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone (unfortunately the cone is not made inhouse but the ice ream is made inhouse). One scoop of lavender earl grey and one scoop of tiramisu. The lavender earl grey blew me away - talk about creativity and originality. The flavour combination was unique, strong and not too sweet. The lavender and earl grey was bold and in my face in a good way - natural tasting and nothing artificial. The tiramisu had strong coffee flavour but I found it a bit too sweet for my liking. The ice cream texture is silky smooth, almost like soft serve but with more integrity. However, in the summer heat, it melts quick - quicker than "traditional" ice cream .I saw many people come and purchase submarines. I couldn't help but try one for myself. I opted for the caprese (fior di latte cheese, basil pesto, aged balsamic, black pepper, arugula). The sesame bread used comes from a local bakery. All the ingredients tasted fresh; it was an enjoyable sandwich that I devoured in 6 or so big bites.

The quality and flavours are amazing! But forThe price I’d expect slightly bigger portions. Regardless worth trying and coming back for

Their ice cream donuts never disappoint. Inventive ice cream flavours like HK milk tea and Cinnamon Toast cereal make it an even more fun treat!

First of all, the owner of the store is extremely friendly and engaged with us in a delightful, cheerful conversation. He really loves what he does and it shows! Very impressive that he went into this during the pandemic. It was a very unique concept - donut ice cream. They have so many good flavors that it was difficult to decide which one to go for. I got the lavender Earl grey ice cream given how much I love lavender. And it did not disappoint! There are nice benches outside to sit and enjoy your dessert. There's also water for the thirsty doggies. They have some chalk for kiddos to be artists on the road! Overall, such a great experience.

I know these guys are known for their ice cream, which is fantastic (though I’ve only had it at their other location), but look at how amazing that sub looks. Quick, friendly service by great group of guys, jam packed with quality cold cuts and excellent house made sauces (they have a few choices for sandwiches- spicy Italian pictured here but also turkey breast, tuna salad, etc).Great pick up for when the line at Famiglia is too long and you just need a pick me up to tide you over or certainly worth a trip on its own.

We’ve been here twice and will definitely be back!My first visit with my fiancé we got the Strawberry Shortcake and Madagascar Vanilla ice cream in donuts. They were a great afternoon treat on a warm day, my favourite was the strawberry, big chucks of strawberries and shortcake. Unfortunately by the time we got there they were out of subs for the day. The owner was super apologetic about it and recommend we come a bit earlier next time. The ice cream was so good that we decided to bring our daughters the second time around. We were able to get the Classic Sub and the Caprese Sub and they were amazing! The bread was soft, great quality meat and cheese and fresh toppings. And the portion was perfect. For ice cream we got the Strawberry Shortcake (again and he even added sprinkles for my daughters) S’mores and HK Milk Tea. Very happy with those flavours, my daughters could not get enough of the strawberry.
