Gong Cha's flavors are amazing. Their tapioca is great too! One of my favorite bubble tea places, highly recommend!

Equally perfect drink for both cold and hot days. The Brown sugar milk (non dairy) tea with tapioca and coffee balls is incredible!I'll most certainly recommend the branch to anyone. I saw this in Singapore and fell for it, and was so happy to see it in Canada too!
Please buy better cups!This here is a freak accident, where my go-to regular milk tea got puncured through the seams by the ice totally spilling the whole thing in the bag. I wasn't at all rough in handling the bag home, I held the handles like anyone would.This is just my 2nd time!Edit: this location kept on their word, I received my regular for free, and it didn't explode on the way home??
Milk tea was very delicious but on the day I came by to get some fruit tea, most of them are not available due to a delay in shipments :(
I bought a 3J earl grey milk tea for my friend but he drank a hair. Last time I asked for earl grey fresh milk but they gave me normal black tea milk tea. So disappointed.
One of my favourite bbt chains. I personally have only had the earl gray milk tea with 3J (pearls, pudding, grass jelly) and the brown sugar oolong with 2J (pearls, coffee jelly), but they are some of the tasiest drinks I've had, if not a bit expensive at $6.6 before tax for a large.I would NOT recommend getting more than 30% sugar if you don't want your drinks to be too sweet, their drinks are sweeter than other places! Service is also quick enough and the pearls are always chewy and perfect.Tip: if you sign up for their rewards program (you can do this in store) you can get 50% off on your birthday!
This is my favorite bubble tea store. excellent customer service. Jack recommended me a drink is jasmine green milktea with honey and milk foam, it was amazing. He even gave me a vietnamese song and that dj was really good. I will come back here more often.??
The drinks are really delicious ? I’ve been a regular customer since they opened a year ago and they have never disappointed me ? The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even remember my favourite drink! Definitely gonna come again and again. ?????
