My bubble tea is always made perfectly. This location can get busy but the staff work quickly and efficiently so the wait is never to long!

On my first visit I asked if they have soy milk option and the staff said they don't use soy milk but they use plant milk in all of their drinks. I was surprised because this is rarely seen in bubble tea places. So i asked if they use other plant milk like oat or almond milk, she said yes. Upon hearing that, my friend and I went ahead and got 2 milk based drinks.A month later, i went back to the store with another friend who wants a dairy free bubble tea. Just to be sure, we asked again if they use plant based milks. The staff said no. They do not use any plant based milk in their drinks. They do not even have that option. I was shocked that a business can straight out lie to customers about the ingredients in their drinks.I am beyond appalled and hope anyone with dairy allergies or restrictions would stay away. Do not take their words for it!
This is the only Gong cha location where they don’t know how to make a matcha green tea slush. I ordered from this place twice, and twice they got it wrong.

Ordered from Ritual during the bubble tea promo a while back, got a grapefruit honey smoothie. Had to wait a while because they were training new staff, but the manager apologized and offered me an extra drink. Good service!I don't think I'd order the grapefruit honey smoothie again because it tasted too sweet and a bit artificial, but the extra oolong with kanten jelly was pretty good. The drinks definitely skew towards the sweeter side by default, so I recommend getting less sugar for sure.Their kanten jelly is a fantastic texture and taste, one of the best bubble tea toppings I've tried. I can see why everyone who came in ordered it.
Twas past closing but they still took my order! Super fast service and multilingual staff (Chinese) to help with communication! Great tea as well!
The price was decent and the guy was friendly. There were lots of options and tasted great.
Ordered from this location twice. The first time the tapioca was burnt so every time I finished chewing them it'd have a bad aftertaste and it kinda took over the flavour of the drink. The second time it was alright. Some unique drinks though, overall an okay bubble tea place.
their drinks are good but they dont honour the buy one get one. I ordered two drinks on ubereats under this deal but they only gave me one. Bad customer service
