I'm very picky about authentic Lebanese shawarma. I always test a place with my standard order, a classic way: turnips, pickles, chicken, garlic and a few fries inside. Their garlic is the best (a bit strong if you're not used to it), chicken was spot on, turnips fresh - it was perfect. Might be the best shawarma i've had in the GTA. (and a very good price for what you get)
Verry good food, tastes verry authentic and home made. Food was hot and fresh and good portions and prices .I usually get the chicken shawarma plate or sandwich or falafel sandwich and is always something i always look forward to. They are a local privatley owned place and verry kind and generous.Thank you for providing good food and service.
Not a happy customer! I went there for some food yesterday for the first time, when I got there the lady was sitting behind the counter with a gentleman in which I assume was her husband.I asked the lady for a falafel plate in which she proceeded to tell her husband then he acted like he was preparing the falafel balls which was already in the deep fryer rack for god knows how long so I acted like I did not see. The lady continues putting my plate together with no gloves on, then to add insult to injury, she removes the cold falafel ball from the rack with her barehands. I gave her the $13 dollars for the plate, hoping she would take the money and go buy some common sense and morals with the money! We are in a time of covid and that’s how you conduct your business. Even if we were not in a pandemic, this is still not acceptable!!!! The prejudice on her side was thinking that I was that little n...r who means nothing! Suppose I was a health inspector, she would be at home cooking for herself. Don’t judge the book by the cover, and don’t forget it’s your customers that keeps your doors open.
I found this looking through the google maps app. Decided to give it a shot over my normal choice of Osmows. To my surprise, this business is ran by a lovely couple who are welcoming, kind and very efficient. The options are fantastic and pricing is very reasonable. (Paid under $13.00 for everything in the pictures.I got the falafel plate which came with rice, salad, a chickpea dish, side of hummus and pickles. They also have a choice of white or whole wheat pita. The food tasted good, but I had one big problem. The food was COLD… Not something I was expecting and the only part of my food that was 100% fresh was my Falafels. They seem like a new business so I will cut them some slack. I’ll visit again but will definitely let them know to make sure the food isn’t cold….
Lunch with Josie! The most uniquely flavourful Lebanese cuisine that exists. You can't go wrong in choosing any of the menu item for your plate. Fish plate & chicken shawarma were both awesome! Definitely will be back lots more!!!
Crunchy ? falafel with a refreshing assortment of vegetables on the inside. When they ask what you want on your falafel please do the falafel justice and just order it the ORIGINAL way.You don't put bumper stickers on a Ferrari, so don't mess with this anciently delicious recipe.Much love. Will be coming back here.

One of the best. The food is fresh and flavourful. It taste like a grandma made it. Awesome home made food and perfect recipes. Everything is spiced perfectly, everything is prepared perfectly.
Food was not very good unfortunately. The portion size was pretty good and the service was friendly but the chicken was bland and dry. I wouldn't recommend this place and I most likely won't return.
I recently tried this place after seeing how cheap it was compared to other shawarma places and that's exactly what you get.Cheap price = cheaply made. The food was bland and the chicken was barely seasoned, tasted like boiled chicken.I also ordered a lamb wrap and when I got home, I took a bite and it was a Falafel wrap. I wouldn't have cared too much if the lamb wrap wasn't $2 more than the Falafel wrap.If you're looking for cheap shawarma, you got it at this place. If quality is what you want, better look someplace else
