Heard of GA pizza so many times and finally had a chance to try their pie. They were one of the vendors at Under the Big H beer festival. Saw so many people walking around holding a plate of King Shroom pizza but when I was ready to order, it was sold out.Loving Cup ( perhaps name came from Rolling Stones song?) was fantastic though. Quality of loaded pepparoni, texture of dough, thin layer of tomato sauce… was simply perfect… to go with my sample beer from beer fest!Next time I would love to try lamb pizza and shroom pizza!
This place is not pretentious, they make a killer pizza and they know it. With a truly cool vibe to go for dinner. The oven pizzas give it a real pizza-feeling. Pizza is really good, I like basic flavors so have only tried the margherita and cheese ones and those were soooo good. Good selection of beers too. BTW Kale salad is AMAZING!Occasion: want to impress your friends and hang over pizza and drinks
Despite having different plans, we came to GA Pizza based on the smell emanating from the wood burning stone ovens. Smelling the cooked bread and meats was distinguishable enough for us to head on in and give it a try. We ordered the Sweet Heat, Certified Lover Boy, Red Hook and the chips and dip. All three were wonderfully cooked and tasted great. Obviously, the price is higher for a smaller pizza than you would get from a normal chain but it's much lighter and easier to digest. Overall wonderful pizza but as pizza isn't a forte of mine, I'm not one to be overwhelmed. However this interior space and feel was beautiful and is definitely accommodating for large groups.
Super cute and affordable place to get pizza! They have a variety of pies and wines here. For dine in, it's a self serve, order and pay at counter, grab your own water place. We got our food (Margherita and mushroom pizza) within 15 minutes of ordering. Both were great. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and refilled our water for us.Lots of plants for a cozy environment too
General Assembly PizzaGreat Italian pizza.Tasty and delicious ? kind of ? pizza.Employees are very kind and helpful, they are polite and respectful. The place is clean and cozy ✨️.Beverages are nice.I love it.My son really loves ❤️ Lamborghini pizza ?, because of it's smart name and delicious taste.I recommend it for downtown entertainment district neighbors ?.
Ordered this at the end of day on Thursday off Ubereats. The Uber took about an hour which I know is not the restaurants responsibility unless they did not finish the pizza in good time. However. My rating is reflected on the significant amount of burns on the Loving Cup pizza. This amount of burns is unacceptable even if the pepperoni was great quality cooked with crisp. The garlic sauce was more of a mayo based than the traditional creamy garlic. This is a terrible first impression and I’m not sure if I want to give this place another chance as even if other customers might have a better experience, part of what makes a good but place great is its consistency of high quality foods.
I’m not happy about this place! pizza wasn’t good and I got sick after that!
One of the more well known pizza joints in the city, General Assembly has a good mix of unique pizzas which are available for dine in and delivery/take out. All of their pizzas are made fresh in house, including the frozen pizzas which can be baked at home.Highly recommended to come as a group and order a bunch of pizzas to share as they are personal sized (enough just for one person on its own) but are shareable.Pizzas tried were the Certified Lover Boy (basically a meat lovers pizza), Red Hook (spicy sausage pizza), Sweet Heat (sweet and spicy pizza) and Hot Potato (a favorite).
Missed the dine in experienceI'm more than blown away by the interior design and beautiful placeLet's go to the main partTHE GREAT PIZZAI'm in love with the open kitchen you can get in all the process and enjoy being there. Nothing can beat pizza and beer.Great price for this much qualityBravo
