TBH, I will rate my experience here the worst freshii whether its about taste, quality and quantity of the food. I get surprises every time I order here, they make changes by themselves even though I order same thing plus its cold. Sometimes it tastes good but sometimes it is the worst of all just like today. Overall the not good experience at all.

It’s seems every person prepares the food differently here, I always order the same thing but sometimes I get lots of avocado ? and less protein and other times less avocado and more protein.Overall I like the food here . It’s good ??
Horrible place!!!! This is the worst freshii location and should be ashamed of themselves, this location and the one located on 1 yonge street are absolutely vile. I am convinced both locations have the same owners. The staff does not follow covid protocols, wearing masks below the nose and not wearing hair nets. The staff is also extremely rude and unprofessional. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Not to mention finding hair in my food. This location is an embarrassment.
I ordered 2 bowls of chili and lemongrass soup. They all arrived cold. I called to complain and they blamed it on the driver even though the food arrived so fast. Horrible accountability on their end. Now I’m starving and I have to eat this gross cold over charged small portion food. Who does that freshii DOES!!!
Location had countless flies all around the food.
Honestly, I can live with the incorrect order, but when the portion is also 1/3 the normal size, it's pretty frustrating. Most of the reviews here seem to mention the same issues.
I've been to many freshiis and never my order looked so small,shallow, swim in dressing and basically- disappointed. It was cold and they didn't even asked me if I want my protein. Sorry but....NO.
Normally order via ritual and gets my food on time. Overall Good service .
