Ordered a bowl from here today. Asked for a customization and I didn't get the customization that I paid for or even the basic ingredients that were supposed to be in the bowl. And I get it. Seems like no big deal but your food is inedible if it's not prepared properly. Straight to the compost. Nice sustainable packaging though so thank you for that!

This store has very poor hygiene. Their washroom is so dirty that it feels uncomfortable even just to wash your hands (literally looks like it has not been cleaned for months).Its such a shame as freshii is one of the most liked foods and I live in this area but avoid going to this place due to lack of cleanliness :((
Vegetables are always fresh, and service is always quick.One of the best freshii locations I have tried in all of Toronto.This location has always been very reliable for me.

They give out very small portions i got a bowl and it was barely filled. Subway is around the corner go there instead.

I love Freshii but this location is the worst! They make the worse smoothies with ice cubes floating on the drink and they rice noodles are so sticky! Would never go here again! Been here twice and this is the worse
