The onion rings and bowl combinations were amazing!

It had some good and bad points- was a slow night for them and we had to wait 42mins for our waitress to look into why the food was talking so long. The good part was they comp a salad and fries while we waited on the food which came 5mins after she checked with the kitchen
Beautiful restaurant. Our server was pleasant. Onion rings came out obviously burned-as an ex server those should have never been put out to the customer-(our server did not deliver them.)??After about an hour our entrees came out. Cauliflower tacos looked gorgeous but were too crunchy inside and the chunks were so huge I couldnât bite into them without everything popping out, I ate it with a knife and fork. Lacking in flavour but the sauce was good. My mothers fries were also borderline burned? She really liked the buffalo chicken wrap. We had no time for dessert because of the long wait for entrees. Probably will not return to Fresh and kind of sad about that.
Fresh on Spadina is one of our favourite places to eat in Toronto. The staff are always awesome ad the food is delicious!! We have never been disappointed!
We placed our order and received our drinks fairly quickly, but then sat for over 45 minutes waiting for our food to arrive. After looking around hopelessly at the waitress many times and the other staff, we finally stopped her and said we needed to get going if the food didnât come soon. She went into the kitchen to check and came back and said our order had never gone through, and weâd need to wait at least another 15 minutes for it. The same exact thing happened to another table across from us, and another table that has to take their food to go right beforehand. The waitress apologized and asked us to pay for the drinks before we left⦠they shouldâve comped our drinks or given us a gift certificate or something, it was really ridiculous!
The food was much less tasty than any of us remember from previous occasions. There was a lot of salt but not a lot of tangy flavour. It was as if certain sauces had been reworked.
came here for lunch and my girlfriend mentioned her nut and shellfish allergy. we ordered the onion rings and were told of cross contamination and so nachos were ordered instead but we were not told about the cashews in the nachos and my girlfriend had an allergic reaction to which we are now in the hospital 2.5 hours later and will be here until 630 earliest. ruined our day and almost killed my gf. please have you staff learn the menu and be more cautious about allergies
Food took so long (over an hour) and the soba noodles were soggy
