the food, when made properly, is decent at best. usually though, it's a greasy salty wet mess that never holds together.the service is below subpar and anytime you walk out of that location, regardless of how long you were there, you can be assured you'll smell like grease for the rest of the day.there's a Fresh Burger just up the street. you're better served spending your time and money there.
My favourite burger but the toppings were scarce even though I asked for extra. A twenty dollar burger should come loaded. Didn't enjoy my last experience even though I've been going to Five Guys for years
I came to five guys for the first time and I can say it was awful. First of all, there was a hair on our fries which was really disgusting.The way of surving was really disappointing, all the fries were upside down in the pocket, and made a hideous scene.The vegi sandwich was very bad there were no mushroom as it mentioned in the menu.The quality of other burgers was not acceptable.Overally I do not recommend here to anyone.

Great ? burger place. Five Guys on 4841 Yonge Street Suite 118 is a nice burger place - and offers great food items. Thr grilled cheese sandwich are great sandwiches ?- regular fry and regular drink ?- are usual drinks that are available.
Better than the McDonald's across the street for sure! They always pack a lot of fries, no matter the size you choose. Burgers are a bit pricey, but with the rise of inflation it's not too bad compared to other fast food places. They cook it fresh and you can see them prepare it which is a nice touch.
This location is a bit greasier than most of the "Five Guys" locations I've been to. In particular the burger was quite soggy that the bun pretty much melted. Cajun Fries came out hot however they went very heavy with the seasoning so the fries were extremely salty. There's also a very off-putting smell that this and the Yonge-Dundas location share. Service is also a lot slower than other locations.

Great and delicious burgers for the price, its one of my favorite burger places, but last couple of times the burgers were a bit dry. hope they do somthing about it
Five guys burgers always satisfies! Love the greasy smashed burger style they have!If you’re eating a burger, it’s just that much better if there’s greasiness, sauciness to it!And if you’re stopping at five guys, you have to order a side of fries! Any size fries is gonna be a good size because they load up the fries and then some.
