I just don't understand why this place does not have a washroom??? Before I eat I wash my hands. They should make that a rule for every fast food place that has a table to eat at, they should also have a washroom for their customers. If you don't want customers to eat inside your business, then don't have tables available for them. Unfortunately I had to go across to Second Cup and buy a dessert and wash my hands in their washroom.
Stopped by on a Sunday night around 10:00pm. Ordered a tequila lime chicken burrito which was prepared quickly and served hot. Location was clean- especially for at the end of the night. It looks like they resolved their customer service as per older reviews, both ladies who took my order and prepared my food were very nice and pleasant. No faults. Will stop by again.

Just got the cheesecake burrito. They forgot the caramel. Only saw this when I got home. So disappointed.
i come for one thing only. a fried fish burrito. fish is always fried fresh. throw your favourite toppings in and the must add is the noodles. ample parking and well lit. bubble tea in the same plaza. great combo for a late night burrito.
Ordered once on Ubereats for pick up and they added ingredients I didn't order and didn't put in ones that I did. Cilantro is something I'm non negotiable on!I love the chain but I have to order in store if I want my order done correctly which isn't the most convenient on my short lunch breaks.
Ordered through apps. As usual, the food is not ready for pickup when it’s supposed to be. This time they didn’t even start it when I got there… and the past few delivery orders they’ve been stale or broken. Just avoid this location at all costs.- UPDATE: After bringing the food home, the chicken was COLD not cooked… my wife is pregnant, this is a serious concern. Serving potential bacteria.

This location is always reliable and food is always decent. I've found recently that they often seem to be understaffed, which is fault of the manager, not the workers.
Got take out on early Saturday evening. The service was friendly and efficient. Tasted delicious.
