I came to buy a burritos and the staff was touching the burritos without gloves and touching every other surfaces areas. I told her that is not appropriate. She washed the hands and touched again all the surfaces and the burritos again. That's really unprofessional. I hope the public health inspection does not order a burritos there, otherwise it will be a big problem for this place.
Ordered 2 burritos just after 10.30. we asked for no jalapenos, and both were absolutely loaded with jalapenos. My girlfriend choked because of this. People have allergies, and with service like this someone could get hurt. Completely unacceptable, and if you didn't want people coming in (like the staffs attitude suggested) don't say your open till 11pm. You lost 2 customers tonight.
I was here tonight and a Uber driver came in to pick up foodHe did not have a heated bag and the manager refused to give him the foodThe Uber driver was vulgar rude calling her many namesShe was absolutely right in not giving it to him as it would be cold by the time it got to the customerI love seeing such great customer serviceKeep up the good work!!!!
This used to be my favorite burrito place, but something has changed a while ago.The taste is different. It's no longer delicious as it used to be.Staff is not friendly. I feel like I’m just annoying them sometimes,.. and I’m trying to be overly polite and smiley. Doesn’t work.I’m not basing this on a single occurrence. I went serval times throughout 2021 and it was consistently bad (food and service).Also, I wonder if they are getting some sort of a bonus if they use less guacamole. The burritos are much smaller then what they used to be too.Now I go to the Weston Rd location. I’m happy to report that Weston Rd is still as great as this location used to be. Next time i'm in this area and craving a burrito; I'll be heading to Burrito Boyz.

Love the best veggie fresh options available, I can make it healthy as I want. Love their fresh hot ? sauce. Staff are super friendly and always remember my order.
Customer service is great. I went in today to get a Lil pulled pork burrito. I feel like the quality of the burrito has changed. The taste is different and I'm not sure I like it. Also, I noticed that one of the employees was wearing a bandaid on her finger. Please wear a glove on that hand. It's not sanitary to touch food like that, it could make people sick.
This is crazy 2 nd time I order Buffalo chicken , and i ask them to please make sure I get that Buffalo chiken . and Again order is comes out so bad . It's dry , full with pasta , no beans ,no chips and barely any chiken .You are guys are cheating your self out of the customer .Looks like store was bought and the new crew is now cheating customers out if the items . Then Screw you I will drive to different location.

Pretty good I would say, although the big fish burrito I got was delicious. Wouldn't mind visiting here again. Sauce was kind of spicy to me, may be because I do not eat much spicy. But overall burrito was good. The place offers Take aways too. Since the place is kind of small. Better to take away or Togo. Not sure on fish and other meat freshness but seems like they do it as they say fresh.
