Service was slow. They were respectful and apologetic, but seemed like they were in on over their head on a busy Sunday morning. Food was very underwhelming for the price. Had to wait 15 minutes for the check and our additional order arrived near the end of our meal (we thought they forgot about it). Ordered chicken and waffles, and there was no sauce and was given 4-5 small pieces of chicken tenders, when they described 'fried chicken'. Waffles looked thick but were airy. Maybe get something else aside from chicken and waffles. My companions thought their food was 'okay'.
They made me feel like a regular who'd been coming every day for years. Super friendly. Quick seating and fast service. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Cost far less for breakfast than we're used to paying in Ottawa (was $32 and we're used to $45+ for the same fare).Definitely check this place out if you love breakfast.
Visited Eggsmart for the very 1st time and it was a great experience!! The French Toast and Taco salad with chicken is delicious. The staff are very friendly too
Closest to my house & the best place for eggitarians. Lots of options for eggs with chicken, veggies and many combinations. I also loved the hot chocolate served at eggsmart with cream on the top. I highly recommend this place for your breakkie options. See you soon guys!

The food was good. The staff was really nice and really tried to make the experience the best. They were still training some people but even the trainees were really helpful
Nice friendly staff but the food has no flavour. I'm not certain whether the cook has even heard of the word seasoning. Food was very blend.As a side note, I'm not sure why they give you like 3 pickle slices with the meal. Why not just a whole pickle? Is there a pickle shortage I'm not aware of?
We waited on the street in line for an hour to check in , service was great with good prices ,specially I enjoyed the fresh orange juice and my french toast! We were five person and we ordered only 2 orange juice , but after payment and when went back home I checked the bill and realized that I was charged for 4 orang juices by mistake!?However you answered this review very quickly and asked me to send you an email but it has been 4days and you haven't answered my email yet !!
The vegetarian egg skillet and the salmon eggs Benedict were both very filling and tasted good too. The seating was comfortable and clean. The exterior of the restaurant was pleasing too unlike other commercial buildings in the area. Great place for breakfast/brunch, nice staff, and no vaccine passports needed.
