Changed my rating from 4 to 2. I personally would skip this location after my visit this morning.I called to one of the wait staff three times and said staff pretended to not hear me even though I was loud enough that other tables could hear. Nobody ever came back to ask if there was anything they could do, and nobody asked if I wanted a top up to my coffee. It was like, here's your food, see you again when you pay!All in all there is better brunch food elsewhere with better customer service. I don't think I'll be coming back.
First time ordering at Eggsmart! I ordered takeout from this location. I found that the location was clean and cozy. The waitress took my order and answered my questions with a lot of warmth, which I appreciated. She also kept current with the technology servicing this location (app); this was helpful to me and reduced my stress as a first-timer. Food arrived quickly. Presentation of some items was a bit different than the items pictured on the menu but, probably this is because my order was to go. Meal was fresh and satisfying. I would visit again.
I ordered my breakfast by phone and specifically asked for over medium eggs, crispy bacon and strawberry jam.I never received my jam which has happened multiple times prior to today. My bacon was placed under the over hard egg in which I ordered over medium and the bacon is soggy because it’s sitting under the eggs. I’m so tired of this location screwing up my order. I called them and all I received was an apology like you totally screwed up my meal. I won’t be returning this has happened too many times for my liking Unhappy never to return customer. Don’t go to this location try Rylander or Eglinton Ave East. What a waste of my money?
Home potatos not fresh, they seem at least a day old reheated.The egg were good.
Very good. Huge portions. A little slow for delivery.
I can deal with the half cooked home fries... and the slightly over cooked bacon but what I can’t and won’t deal with is the ignorant Asian waitress that works at this location... veryBad attitude and a lack of knowledge on the law and rules in Toronto ...
The server,Sonya, was very hospitable and good-natured with a great sense of humour. Great service and delicious food.
Amazing food, poutine was great and staff is very friendly
The food was disgusting tasted very odd I threw it in the garbage could not continue eating an hour passed I felt really sick and had later found out I had food poisoning
My daughter dropped her fork on the ground four times, and they continued to give us new forks. It was really appreciated. Will go again.
