Great diner-esque breakfast spot!Ducked in here on a hangover day for some brunch. Ordered some Bennnies and an omelet. Everything was expertly put together and punctual. The grill/kitchen is open so you can see them working. Our server was punctual and knowledgeable about their menu items. I got the impression she'd tried everything personally and knew all about it. Place looked clean and homey.If we're visiting from Vancouver again and on Dundas in this spot looking for brunch, we will return. :) Cheers, guys!
I live in the area and I LOVE coming here. The staff are an absolute dream, and I love coming here on the reg. The food is great too (with unreal prices!), but I always return for the amazing hospitality! x thanks y'all!! x
Always a hit. Food, price and specially the staff are amazing. Melissa and Galina always provide excellent customer service. It's our fav breakfast diner in the neighbourhood.
Bad language and attitude of service provider girl at front and chef. Told to wrap your coffee by yourself and on asking again chef and girl started to curse with raised middle finger

Had a lovely brunch here on Saturday. The Sunrise Benedict platter was delicious and the service staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you!
Genuinely surprised this place has good reviews. Maybe we came on a bad day, but regardless - waiting an hour for 2 dishes is not acceptable.I paid for my parking at 1:05 and we walked into a busy restaurant. It was full, but the restaurant doesn't have many tables so we decided to dine in before work. There were also no big groups, mostly tables of 2 or 3. We got sat at the back of the restaurant, which was fine. Server took our drink orders right away then dropped off our drinks and said she will be right back. When she came back, she took our order (within 10 minutes of sitting). So, we didn't expect to wait too long for our food. We overheard the table beside us had placed their orders but were waiting as well. As we were waiting, a gentleman joined the table beside us, and his order was taken a good 20 minutes after we had placed our order. The server said it will most likely come later than the rest of his table, he said it was fine. About another 20 minutes later, all 3 people at that table got their food. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes, I decided to ask about our food, and the server said it would be ready soon (I ordered an omelette and didn't see an omelette on the grill). Finally we decided to ask the server for our food to go.As a server myself, I totally understand things are a bit crazy right now, especially with Ontario lifting the seating limitations for restaurants. Regardless, almost an hour wait for food which consisted of eggs and potatoes, as well as no updates about why the food was taking so long, is not acceptable. I never leave a $0 tip, but I really was disappointed in the experience we had here today. The restaurant should consider spending a bit more money to have a second cook and server on shift. We will not be back.
Fast service and fair prices. The food is great quality and does the simple breakfast you need!
Their priority is takeout and delivery orders. Dont expect service if dining-in! Food is good if you can get it. Online orders and greed is killing dine-in businesses!
