Great staff, big portions of food and quick service
We get our favourites and generally know what we’re getting.
The service was ok. And that was weird because the service most of the time has been amazing. But I find terrible that the men washroom still have the door broken. It has been months, washrooms are smelly, and it has been like this for months. It is amazing how management spend a lot of money in those robots going around delivering food but can’t spend a couple of hundreds to fix the doors. Even the one with a lock is barely working. Hopefully the manager or something keep an eye on this and fix it, because there is nothing more disgusting to see washrooms like this
We went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Our Server, Kayla, was very friendly and helpful. The service was great, the good was amazing and the seating (we sat on the patio) had a pleasing atmosphere. The only problem (and this is not this location's fault) is that the menu prices are a little expensive. East Side Marios should try to accommodate its customers in these tough times. If it were not for the prices, I would not hesitate to give our visit 5 stars.
This restaurant is the best, food is always fresh & fast. Celebrated my daughters 21 st birthday here yesterday, and wow!!, our server was this lovely young lady named (Mon)...She was amazing, very friendly, and very patient, and super attentive. Her customer service skills are outstanding. we will definitely ask for her when we return. Food is spectacular. Must visit!!!
Such a great dining experience here at ESM! Our server was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and high energy! The new robot assistant is pretty cool! It delivers food right to your table for (almost) touch-less service. The value for the prices here is unbeatable. All you can eat soup/ salad and bread! I recommend the big as your head chicken parmigiana. It is so good!!
I was at this restaurant Saturday April 23,2022 with my grandkids for dinner and our waitress was a girl by the name of Mon... I have to say I was so happy with not only the food being served quickly and hot it was so tasty. Mon our waitress was so nice, she had a smile at all times and she made sure my grandkids were happy . I'd recommend this location if you want good food and good service. Thank you Mon for your attention and service.
My girls and I were there for a quick dinner over the weekend. Very busy but servers were smiling and alert. My server, Mon, was truly amazing. Her customer service was memorable and the way she took care of my girls’ order was touching. Meals were hot and bread was tasty!Arjun who was helping out also was quick to clean up after a water cup spill. His calmness and thoroughness was much appreciated.
Kayla is a very funny server. Great demeanour. She always has a big smile & really seems to love her job.
Our server Kayla was hysterical. Always joking with us. She kept checking in on us to make sure we were well stocked with hot bread, water, cutlery & salad & soup refills. Service was excellent, above & beyond the call of duty. Excellent memory for our meals without writing everything down. Kayla's big smile and great attitude made for a great night
