The server had minimal to no interest in serving us, we were sat next to a huge speaker and had to end up leaving brunch early. The food was minimal and served to us in 5 mins. Overall a bad experience
The food was garbage. I ordered a Chicken and Waffles and it was not worth the $25 it was advertised. Even as inflation has effected the bottom line, when you cheapen out by ordering Costco or store bought version of Belgian Waffles and refry chicken strips, you now it's bad. I luckily got my order rescinded. Also when you suggest to use the app and then give a paper version where the prices are higher, you are doing a disservice to the customer. It's horrible.
Overall was very good - Busy and a nice neighborhood vibe. Food was ok - however felt like it was something that we could have prepared for ourselves at home. Starters were expensive - Fish Taco appetizer for a similar price as the Fish Taco entree.. weird And don't get the blended drinks from the bar $15 each and we didn't know it. Next time won't spend that.. Service was pretty good, attentive and the server worked fairly hard to care for us even though it was her second week. Some menu items changed, and were not explained, so they adjusted the bill which was appreciated. All in all - a good place to go - just hoping things will keep improving.
Cold food and awful service.
When you walk in the front entrance vestibule. The smell of cigarette smoke is strong. The interior was modern and up to date. The patio was sunny and welcoming. I ordered the hangover sandwich and my partner ordered a burger. The sandwich was a bit overly sauced and my partners burger a big undercooked. I thought the mimosa was a good value. The servers were pleasant and helpful. I think the food could be stronger and I’d go back.

This place is so beautiful from the inside. I just moved to the area and there aren’t too many near options for brunch, so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the French toast and oh my god, it was delicious and not pricey. My husband ordered the weekend breakfast and it was very tasty, he fell in love with the sausage and the bacon. He only wishes that the portion of the egg was bigger, it seemed like one egg instead of 2. Also, he asked for scrambled eggs and somehow it was runny. The service was good, and could definitely be better. The coffee was great.The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because even though our food was amazing we had a hard time enjoying it because of the terrible smoke smell!! What’s up with that?? Are you serious that people are allowed to smoke inside this building?. Can someone explain? I would love to come back with my daughter because she is a fan of French toast, but I am sure she will not tolerate being here for more than 5min. Hopefully they will fix this problem.
