Had a great experience at Denny’s ordering the lumberjack slam breakfast. Staff were amazing. My only complaint would be the hash browns were too undercooked. Also the meat quality is pretty low but that’s expected from a chain like this.

This should be a 5 star only location. It's 3 am and I just had the best burger I've had. Not only where they open but, super friendly and accommodating. Unbelievable that a location could produce such high-quality food that early in the morning. Will be back every time I'm in Toronto. Thank you so much

Food: very oily, but have sugar free substitution, portion smallService: very bad, especially the supervisor/manager, staring at customers to eatEnvironment: not good, smells bad, dirty tables, dirty washroomThis month has $1 drinks

Best pancakes around. Its a must. These pancakes are melt in your mouth. I order the grain ones and they're also melt in your mouth.

I have been to Denny's before and I always enjoyed the food. I took a chance and tried the stake and LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING: THAT WAS THE BEST STEAK I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. If you ever have a chance, try the steak, any one of the steaks and I promise you wont be disappointed. It's tender and flavourful and I have tried many places and shocked that good steak came from Dennys but Damn it was AMAZING!

I decided to go to Denny's around 2am with my drunk friend. I was trying to get her sober. The server Ram was so amazing! There was a guy that was bothering us cause he knew we were vulnerable. Ram did a wonderful thing and put him in a section facing away from us so we would not be bothered by this guy. He checked on us frequently to make sure we were fine.Thank you Ram for keeping us safe, and giving us great hospitality!

The food is very good and the service too. The portion size is smaller than we expected.

The food was excellent. I had some eggs easy over and they were liquid gold. Went with my toddler and the server asked him directly what he wanted and gave him some grapes on the house to tide him over until food arrived. Absolutely stunning service.

My sister and I was looking forward to coming to Denny's for a nice whole hearty breakfast only wait 30 minutes for our plates of food to be cold. Not even luke warm! So we asked out waitress who was super nice to replace our plates not once but twice. Both times the plate of pancakes were cold and the eggs were cold and runny. After constantly getting cold plates of food, I was completely upset by the experience because how do you screw up eggs and pancakes?? While my sister and I are complaining, the owner was standing behind us listening and did nothing until I paid and stormed off. We got 15% off but what they gave us was not worth $40. The nerve of the owner asking us if they can package our cold and undercooked food! What a disappointment. To the owner/manager, please stop pawning your cancelled Door Dash, Skip the Dishes or UberEats orders on your in dining patrons! It is unacceptable! Instead of trying to save money by giving people bad food your need to use the savings for better training for staff and management. You guys need to do better as today was a poor display and representation of what Denny's symbolizes. My sister and I will not be eating at the Denny's on Dundas Street West ever again!!!

AVOID! - Please read entire review. Anyone else who had a similar experience contact head office and they will contact this franchise owner.Today went to Denny's for free birthday Grand Slam breakfast.Years ago went to this location and the food at that time was ice cold and not cooked properly.Today I thought I'd give Denny's another chance. To be fair, I also buy other food plus tip.The eggs and pancakes cooked perfectly but the bacon and sausage were ice cold. I'm talking as if it wasn't cooked at all.Since it was free I complained at the end of the meal and tipped, even though they didn't deserve the tip but is a free meal worth possibly getting food poisoning?NEVER AGAIN! Or at least at this Denny's location. I really hope I don't get sick and should have spit out the uncooked food. I left the other sausage on the plate and the other half eaten sausage.UPDATE - I appreciate the chain letter style of response from the owner but what's done is done. If this were a one off situation I would have not left this review. I would not even want a free meal as a way to apologize considering the meal was free not including the other items I ordered.I could have easily called the health inspector on your business but I didn't go there. One day your business is going to make someone sick. That is what you should care about.
