I love coming to Demetres, the waffles are always nice and warm and everything is so delicious. Service is usually friendly and quick. Just make sure you go on an empty stomach ?
Slow service. But the food is good. We ordered the peach waffle, mango milkshake and a coffee. The waffle came quickly. We were slowly eating the waffle hoping the coffee would come. But the drinks didn’t come until we were almost finished the waffle.The restaurant was less than half full and they had three people making desserts and three servers. So no idea why the drinks came so late.Otherwise, the food was great. The peach ice cream is definitely recommended.
The staff was very nice to us and allowed to park our cycles inside the restaurant. It was moderately busy. It is wheelchair accessible.We just bought, tongue depressor. It was total 22$ tax included. It is a lot for 1 person, we just bought 1 item and I think it is good enough for 3 people. There is car parking and outdoor seating.
The wait time to be seated is not pleasant because they do not take reservations. Most Friday nights they are extremely busy. Once seated our server was passive aggressive. She took forever to bring our menus. We ordered 2 crepes and a milkshake. Both desserts were lovely. I'm not sure if I would go back because the service is just not consistent.

So, I did a stop by to make a purchase, the service was super fast and the girl that greets you at the door was very helpful. They are pretty busy on a Saturday but even with a line up at the door, they still accommodate everyone so fast - noticed that even in a stop by so imagine their service while dining. I recommend this place.Not quite wheelchair accessible though.
The ambience of the restaurant is perfect. As you enter the place, you could smell the aroma of their food. Highly recommended.

This is one of the great places to have desserts. A group of my friends came to Demetres and we were welcomed with a smile from the staff. It is a great place to meet up and the ambiance is great too. We got milkshakes, hot drinks which were excellent and ice cream. The order did get mixed up for us by our waiter but they were very accommodating. The place is clean. It is a minute walk from the parking lot as you have to go around the stores. Other than that, it is a great place to meet up.
