Now I’ve been to this restaurant plenty of times and recommended them to everyone I know. Even left them a 5 STAR REVIEW sad to say a year and half later it’s now 1 STAR.When I first came to Debes the price for the combo was $8.99 for roti, double and drink.Anyway I placed my order online 2 combos that states it was 24.84 includ tax when I arrived to the store I was told that my total was $29.22 I asked why as I have a copy of my confirmation with my total. The lady began to tell me that prices weren’t updated online and that I would have to pay in store prices. I asked to speak with the owner and she was able to get a hold of her. Upon speaking the owner she stated that because their using a free website their not able to change the price online which has nothing to do with me as a customer. If you can’t change the price or shes being too cheaped to pay for a website then you should be honouring the prices online for all online orders. Instead she stated I’ll do it this one time but she just know if you place an order online you’ll have to pay $12.49 plus tax. Atm I should of never supported this restaurant.Roti not even worth the price your charging now, litterally 4 pieces of chicken in a roti and I also stated medium pepper for both and their was none in it.I just picked out the meat and thru it away! When you were advertising for 8.99 roti we’re loaded now that a second restaurant open up food isn’t the same.Went from $8.99<$10.49
Stopped into the Vaughan location and had the pleasure of picking up some dinner. Chicken curry roti, vegetable platter, doubles, jerk chicken plate with rice and peas and salad. Great customer service, great tasty hot food and flavour was wonderful. Keep up the good work I definitely will come back for more when im in the area.

I have had chicken roti and doubles from many places. Debe's is easily top 3 so far.The staff were super friendly and the food was amazing. What more could you want from a restaurant?
The food isn't bad, but sometimes it has a strong msg flavor(probably from bullion cube). They also charge extra if use debit/credit which is kinda dumb.

First time visiting your restaurant this week! Firstly Must say this is a very small hide away gem! I was unsure of what to try as it was my first time, the gentle man offered me a double, a piece of goat and a piece of boneless curry chicken to try. Upon trying these my taste buds went through the roof! I got 6 doubles medium spicy with the tamarind sauce, a boneless goat roti in dhalpuri and a boneless chicken roti. The flavors are very unique and authentic. I was convinced to try the pholorie balls, fried spinach rolls and a potato pie, was worth the cost i paid! I am still wondering how the heck i was convinced to spend so much of my money lol. But none the less i will be back! Maybe next time i will try the shrimp roti as you said and the lamb. Best customer service for my first time. The tall guy who took my order was so chill and customer oriented. I love your style of cooking, i can tell that the food is made with love. I will definitely recommend this place!
Literally the BEST roti's in Toronto!!! No other place come close to how delicious and authentic everything on their menu tastes!! So worth the trip from downtown Toronto to get my hands on this feast!!! If you're ever in the area check them out... Believe me, you'll thank me!!

When he passed away unexpectedly this wonderful family catered for his wake with the delicious food he always loved.Debes is the BOMB. Soul food for real.Doubles ?, Currys and mi personal fave veggie Roti are all amazing with beyond generous portions.I'm super happy they have opened another location and can't wait to visit with the fam.Love you guys long time ?
