We loved Dasha! Our original server didnât come to water us and seemed busy so a new server named Jahvon and he was amazing !!! So welcoming, so hospitable, and made us feel great :) Jahvons amazing service was on par with the amazing food! We ordered dimsum, the sweet and sour chicken, fried noodles, edamame, spring rolls, and other drinks as well; everything was amazing! Definitely recommend

We were a party of 6 for my Husbands Birthday. They sat us right in the back booth with no one around us just opposite the open kitchen. All the atmosphere was at the front of the restaurant. The service was great and the food was tasty. The portions were SMALL! We left hungry. The value was not there. We ordered around of food including fried fish, steak and lots of other shareable plates, barely shareable! We would have had to order double the plates to be satiated.

I didn't like the food at all. The noodles were bland and when I asked for some extra chilli oil they charged me for it.

Dasha has a super nice interior, it was one of my main reasons for wanting to go. It's very pricey though, and the portions aren't massive, but that tends to be the same with most places in King West. The menu lists the Peking Duck as a "Fresh new take on it" or something along that line, when we asked our server they explained, and what they described wasn't a fresh new take... it was just the usual way of eating Peking Duck, maybe they didn't know what made it different? Also my boy friend and I were there for his birthday, and I had included a note about that with my reservation and there was zero mention of it from our server. A simple Happy Birthday would have been nice, or even a bite sized dessert to mark the occasion. A notes field is there for a purpose, a bit more attention to detail is needed with your service staff. Our meal was pretty tasty, but I had just hoped for a more polished experience overall, with that little extra surprise and delight that you'd expect with a Birthday dinner.
We loved it! The place is so beautiful inside and outside, it truly transfers you to the streets of Asia. The food is so amazing! It was some of the most amazing flavour combinations in dishes I have tried in my life. Also plate display is outstanding and tells you a story about the passion behind the food. Finally the drinks are of course great itâs alcohol but the Dasha garden is a experience to order that you will love!

Great modern Chinese cuisine. Was in town from the states and this was easily the best modern Chinese food I have had. Ambiance is amazing and service was great. Would definitely recommend coming here.
