Located on the lower level of Union Station. The pastries ooze quality.

Picked up a few americanos and some pastries for the train ride home.Great coffee and so very hot which was sippable throughout our trip.Cinnamon bun is big and the pastry with apples hit the spot.Window display is inviting and the service is efficient and pleasant.

Pastries are soooooo dry and bland tasting, quite an abomination for the price. Fresh butter clearly not part of their ingredient list... you're better off picking up pre-made pastries at No frills

Things taste great. But I came in the morning before a party and asked if they had anything whole. They didn't, which was surprising. So they gave me 8 slices of choclate mousse cake, and it was delicious. BUT the box they gave it to me in had a HOLE IN THE FRONT! So the whole time I was in the uber there was chocolate mouse coming out of the front of the box. Ruined my jacket, and made my entrance to the party a little embarassing. But like I said, people LOVED it. So this place just needs to fix a couple customer service issues and it would be 5 star in no time.

Forget the bread at this place, they have no taste at all! The pastries are OK, I will say average, not exceptional. The customer service is horrible, they look tired , completely overwhelmed. It seems that they don't enjoy working there. The young lady was rude, unprofessional and not welcoming, forgetting half of the order I made lmfao...Not worth the hustle

The custard filled pastries are a good treat for a train ride, but the coffee/lattes are not, you can’t taste the espresso at all. Customer service is pretty bad too :( I do not recommend unless you don’t have time to go anywhere else

It's such a shame that the pastries are truly a delight! But, the customer service is almost non existent. The older woman who works there can be extremely rude and condescending, and I felt somewhat comforted at the fact that other reviews have left similar comments about her service. The last couple of times I have visited have unfortunately left me leaving pretty miserable, so I will not be returning anymore.

Popped in to buy a dozen pastries for the office but totally missed the 2 person limit posted on the window. I had not 1, but 2 employees one right after the other, bark at me for coming in. One of them was the older woman that I see several people mentioningas being very rude. Would never buy anything from this place. Something about being yelled at and then spending $40 on pastries just doesnt sit right. It was pretty awful. It's too bad. I've been to Denmark a few times and these pastries are bang-on.

The best desserts I've ever had!! This is now our go to spot for any kind of amazing pastries! Recommend 100%!! Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with your incredible desserts!

The pastries have been terrific but holy do they make it way more difficult to buy something there than they need to. The lady that's always there sure does love to bark at the customers! Probably why I've seen a different 2nd staff member there every visit.
