I’m sure this store is great when they’re ready for business but when I went there were no drinks available (which is what I came for) so I decided to get a cone and they didn’t have that ready either. The gentleman said they just opened but it was 12:30 and the sign says they open at 12. In my opinion, being open means that your items are ready for purchase. Probably better to try later in the day or if you specifically want a blizzard.
This was our third visit as we live near by.The store is fairly new yet it is dirty , floor filthy , work area where they make blizzards has food spilt all over .There is an old fridge and milk crates in ordering area. One emoyee maybe on break was sitting on a milk crate on his phone. When the front started to get busy he washed his hands wipes them on his pants . Pulls his phone from his pocket checks it then started making ice cream . Kinda eww . They also always seem to be out of things i have yet to be able to have a Strawberry Cheesequake blizzard there. Even tho it is close by we decided no more visits .

Went to this location tonight and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a medium blizzard and received a small (even though I paid for a medium). It was also basically vanilla ice cream with no toppings. My sister paid with cash and the cashier said “I don’t have the extra 10 cents to give you.” If they don’t have the correct change available then they should have a sign saying no cash. Just bad all round.
LIED TO so a low rating for service.My boyfriend and Iwent in a couple of minutes ago looking for a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I was told this item was unavailable. Then I was told they were out of my second option, reeses cups. So, I ordered something else. A guy came in after me and order A STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE WITH EXTRA REESE CUPS. I then asked the lady serving me if I could have strawberry because her colleague happily (and had the items for it) made it. She refused because I had already paid her for another flavour.Many other items were APPARENTLY out of stock as well so my boyfriend couldn't even get his top 3 choices. But maybe she was lying about those, too.

Don’t go to this location - chances are, they won’t have the menu item you are looking for 8/10 times. Unfortunately, are not very efficient either.

Gotta be honest I don't know why reviews are so harsh. The location is excellent and the ice cream tastes great. Also the staff is always friendly. Last time I went I was helped by Varun (hopefully I caught his name correctly) who was super friendly and clearly a hard worker. I think this is a great place for ice cream downtown and I recommend it.
I’m shook that this mini Oreo blizzard is $5.64 and mad I didn’t just cancel when I realized how crazy that isMcDonald’s mini Oreo is $2.69It was good though ?
