Placed an online order for a custom ice cream cake, went on Saturday to pick up cake and they didn't have my cake. They said they never got the order. Had to buy a new cake and they only offered me 5 dollars off.Worst customer experience ever! They didn't care about this problem or even try to fix it. The staff there are rude!! Wont be ordering a cake from you guys again !!
It was 10:45pm staff was rude and made our ice cream very poorly not putting enough ice cream or topping were also wrong items in my ice cream. didn't care about us at all and made us feel very unwelcome the manager also said she hates ice cream and it shows in the products that were served by her staff dairy queen is supposed to be fun place this location is terrible. And unwelcomeing don't recommend you bring anyone you like here go somewhere where they care about the people they served ? truthful. First and last time. No cap
I recently celebrated the 2nd year anniversary of my Registered Massage clinic. Dairy Queen did a great job of transferring my logo onto my celebration cake. Super tasty and put together on time and to my exact specifications. Highly recommend!
The custom ice cream cake I ordered was absolutely beautiful, it was decorated exactly as I asked and the photo quality was impeccable. The staff were also a total pleasure. I will be returning for all my cake orders in future and highly recommend DQ for cakes to make a special occasions even better.
Cake was amazing - came out exactly as I wanted it. The process was fast and easy ordered online and picked up at the location. Highly recommend a go-to for picture cakes. Cake was also super delicious! Will be coming back!
I went to this Dairy Queen location around lunch time and I asked for a bacon cheese dog and I received an uncooked hotdog, no bacon and cheese not melted and when I went and asked for him to reheat it he was very upset that we asked (he’s tall, Asian) it was a very unpleasant visit.
My husband ordered ice cream cookies ? cake ?… look ok but I didn’t like that….. it was 8 inch around 40$ but ..,, Na my type… so my daughter birthday coming soon .. but not for her … think first and last time…
The Dinosaur Cake was great for my boy's 4th birthday. Everything went smoothly as far as ordering and pickup. A great experience with great customer service. I can't think of anything that could've been better.
