I bought strawberry cheescake blizzard which I enjoyed. My next visit I will try banana split or strawberry sundae.
I went throught the drive through at about 7:30 last night. Right form the jump the girl taking our order was SO RUDE. We asked for 2 hot dogs. She said " We don't have hot dogs" in such a mean mean way. Like why not just say sorry sir we don't offer hot dogs. So after that everything we ordered she was literally like " IS THAT IT" like a good 5 or 6 times. Then she took it upon herself to say we were finished. However we were still ordering. At this point I became very offended and upset and I said. WERE NOT DONE. The next thing I heard is why I'm writing this review in the first place. She then said "OH OK WOOH" Then Laughed at me. I was so upset. First you have showed me nothing but disrespect throughout this whole transaction. And now you wanna act like I offended you? Terrible customer service. I mean your loss the bill would have been way over $60.00 if I was a manger and one of my employees made my business loose this much money. I would wanna know.UPDATED:I called the store directly today and spoke to the Manger and explained the situation to her. I can now see why the employess are so rude and unprofessional. When the manager herself seemed very unapologetic and very just uninterested in how I was treated. Shame on you. Also I'm not 100% sure this wasn't the same person that was at the window. She sounded very familiar.
Worsttttt customer service I’ve ever experienced like actually. Every time I go through the drive thru the person taking my order is so unpleasant so rude and always rushing me. Tonight I went through and the drinks were not placed in the tray properly and one of them spilt all over my car. When the woman at the window saw this she did not even say anything. When we asked for a remake of the drink we were told they would only give us this drink if we paid for it a second time. Also only two straws were given for the five drinks we ordered. On top of this, after we paid (which we should not have) the other girls at the window we’re staring us with a nasty look. Specifically the girl with the spider lashes.
Employees are so rude. When they make a mistake, they are so unapologetic and standoffish. The one with the eyelashes has a staring problem- she should get that fixed
They don't have a scanner which sucks as I wasn't able to use my rewards.I also recently ordered a cake from there and the icing tasted like chemicals, almost like chlorine so I'm not sure what's up with that. Otherwise, their icecream is really good.
I was amazed to see the concept of ice cream pizza and ice cream. I like the orange vanilla candy. Thank you
Went there on Feb 13th. Ordered the 4 piece chicken strips meal. I got 3 and they were so DRY. It seems as if they had been sitting all day and reheated and given to me, they were not fit to be eaten so I threw them out. I called them the next day and was told there was nothing they could do for me since I had to bring the strips back.Terrible service.
Didn't apply coupons and then charged me double. "Too late" they said when I brought it up. I always liked this location but now I just feel like I paid for their mistake.I guess they got away with it, :/ . Be careful.
I like DQ, but this location made me rethink, I experienced the worst customer service ever. It seemed like I was eating without paying from the attitude of the employees. Manager please make sure your employees are nice to customers, not rude like I have experienced.
