This location is my favorite. With a hill top view of the valley and available picnic tables for a mid day snack or a family outing with a great place to catch a sunset and unwind with my favorite desserts. This location has been a staple in my life with great food excellent service, friendly staff and management. Indoor seating is also available for year-ound enjoyment of their desserts and great burgers. If I could I would give 10 stars. I highly recommend this DQ location.

Worst customer service Ever. Cashier and person in the prep are very rude. Took a chocolate dipped icecream. The icecream was half dipped and when asked to dip it properly, worker (An Asian girl) rudely yelled it is what it is. Common guys I paid the full price then give me what I have to get. Put your attitude at home while you are at work. It's because of customer like us you guys are earning your $15 per hour.Place is awesome, food is great. But disastrous customer service. Would never come back.

Was very busy but the service was fast and recieved my order quickly. The girl at the cash even with the mask can tell she was smiling. My ice cream was very good and was like strawberry and chocolate very tasty. Who ever did the schedule knew and brought in more employees to work. That is why I come to this store quick service and quality product. Thank you

Came in at 10:25 pm, from the outside seemed like they had closed. The lights were shut off and everyone (2 males. 1 female staff) were hiding in the back.The young teenager who served us tried to intimidate us with his tone and expressions. He gave my boyfriend cut eye and was very abrupt.Whilst my blizzard was being made, all three of them gathered at a covered side station and did not make it at the regular machine (as I’ve seen them do in the past). Mind you they were all giggling and chatting for a good couple of minutes while giving us glares the entire time. My blizzard came out like soup and was barely able to be flipped over.The question is, can I come in after 10pm without feeling like I’m utterly inconveniencing the staff? I don’t know what it’s like during the day but judging by an overwhelming number of previous reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence.

40 years bringing my wife and family here. always find parking and a nice view to have a real cone. thanks for being there.

Yesterday i went to dairy Queen to order some food and ice cream. The staff over there was pretty welcoming and pretty helpful. But the food i ordered was quiet cold therefore I tried to get it replaced and the staff was little hesitant. Thereafter i talked to their manager, the Indian guy with bunch of tattoos. He was really appreciative and polite, he helped me resolve the issue very quickly without any further problems. Really loved the good work that manager is doing over there and the team is also pretty well.

Had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen. The whole team was very caring and even suggested me some their best items. Which was tremendously delicious.The overall work done by manager is superb. Keep it up guys. Great job.

I love DQ... it brings back many childhood memories... That day, I had a banana split. It did not disappoint! I will be back.Four stars only because I had a trainee making my split, and they were a bit slow and a bit reserved on the toppings.

I drove across the city to get a blizzard and food just to be told 25 min BEFORE they closed, to be told they are only doing cones and sundaes. Couldn’t even get a burger. Look I understand everyone wants to get off work and enjoy life but shutting the store down almost half an hour before the store closes is ridiculous.

Over the phone they mentioned that they close at 11pm to only realize they’ve already locked the door at 10:52 p.m on March 24. (lights switched off and staffs already started cleaning up).What a waste of my time as I called before hand in regards to buying a cake! They could have mentioned it over the phone that we close early or something! Please don’t waste people’s time and communicate clearly!
