HongKong tea is way more subtle than other bubble teas I've usually tried. Their milk velvet tea is really good with tapioca pearls.
The Hong Kong style milk tea and waffle were good. Slow services.
The first time I ordered from here (through Doordash) I really liked it! Their Hong Kong milk tea is strong but I like it. I also had their pudding with tapioca and it was very sweet so the two balanced each other out.But the second time I made a larger order and was let down a bit. One of the drinks I had ordered was a Mango Passionfruit Jelly Iced Tea with no sugar and when it arrived, it had a note saying that since I ordered no sugar it didn't have fruit syrup in it. It was for my little brother and he was devastated, he just got some water with some slices of fruits in it since they forgot to put the fruit jelly inside too. The other 3 drinks I ordered were fine but when I asked for a tapioca pudding again they put red bean on it as well which not much of a problem but not a big fan of it. If they could leave selections for the toppings instead of leaving it to the special instructions writing portion there wouldn't be any confusion on what to put on top.I didn't know they would take out the syrup and fruit jelly if I asked for no sugar and I wish they would've called me instead of writing a note for the order because I'm sure noone would order some water with slices of fruit for almost $7.Editing for the reply and changing rating: Thank you for the reply! I like your stuff since it is unique and contains a lot of different items from other bubble tea stores so I was hoping the critique could help a bit where problems could arise. Zero consistency. Drinks are made different each time. Most times they forget the requests such as "no sugar". Hasty service.New gentleman working there was making everyone's drinks incorrectly with no apology and refused to fix one for the customer in front of me. They left angry.I think there is more focus on the Uber etc orders coming in that they are fulfilling, and actual customers walking in the door now are greeted with annoyance, as though we are interrupting.The quality in both service and product has definitely declined.*Editing to add to owner- I was not in that evening you speak of, my last visit was in fact weeks prior. But I thank you for taking the initiative to respond with care and concern for your business.
Try the pineapple bun and the egg waffle today. The bun is still up to expectation but the egg waffle is way below standard. It is too soft and not crunchy at all.
Cute little bubble tea shop to take a break from exploring Toronto. The indoor decoration is reminiscent of Hong Kong.
I would 100% recommend their fruit slushes! But the Hong Kong milk tea left me puking 2 times and I was uncomfortable for the rest of the week. It is insanely strong and I have never had any reaction before to milk tea.
I’m surprised to see high ratings for this place. Me and my boyfriend waited for around 20 minutes to get our order even though the place was nearly empty, there was no reassurance. I saw another couple come in and leave after no one greeted them. When we finally got our order the quality was extremely low. Typically cheese toast is one of our favourite snacks, but here it was like an old piece of wonder bread dyed yellow with a small with piece of unmelted cheese. We had a couple bites and threw it out. Not worth the price or the wait.
This is the best Buble tea place in downtown. You can have a loyalty card and collect 7 points per each drink you buy. Every 100 points you get a free drink. I already redeemed 4. Our 3 best choice are fresh taro milk tea, grapefruit and mango tea. They put fresh grapefruit, you can eat it after. For mango ask no sugar as it comes with sweet syrup (and without jelly balls).
