They have their price set as the high quality bubble teas but their quality is very low, not worth it.I got the mango passion fruit jelly ice tea, the jelly was very gross, and the sugar level is not adjustable.Then they gave me a broken seal, just taped it and warned me to not shake it.I didn’t want tea to spill on my shirt while I drink it, no one drinks their tea at a 90 degree angle. And guess what? They gave me an very unpleasant attitude for replacing a seal, when it was their doing.Also my friend asked for a hot drink on the menu, they say they don’t have hot drinks.Then the customer in front of me was very confused about his drink too, doesn’t match the name “fresh taro”, it was just a milk tea without any fresh taro.Any tea place that is better than this.
So refreshing and tasty. I believe I ordered the mango tango slush and it's one of the best bubble teas I have had! I like the Hong Kong flavours alot. The inside it quite nice but I did notice how warm it was in there.
Quick service and the bubble tea itself was alright, but the decor of the place gets it an extra +1 star.

I ordered a super fruit iced tea (yum!) and the curry trio meatballs, the curry sauce is amazing! Would definitely come back for other snacks and drinks!

I've been to cuppa tea before when they first opened up. I got their special fruit tea. I normally love this type of bubble tea from other places, and it was worth the price.I ordered 3 drinks just a few days ago through ritual, and it was the worst bubble tea/fruit tea I have ever had for years. I ordered their Iced Super Fruit tea, which was almost $10. It had frozen mango pieces and some other fruits that were not even fresh from the look, the tea had a greasy taste, and it was pretty much gross. I also ordered 2 grapefruit teas, one without topping and one with the white tapioca, and this did not even taste fresh. It looked and tasted like it was made out of syrup, and the skin of grapefruit slices looked dry. It was a waste of my money to spend $25 on gross drinks. If you are looking for fresh fruit teas, I recommend other places or Tika by Bloor. If you are looking for fresh grapefruit tea made with actual grapefruit, go to Coco. I will not revisit this place.
Finally got a place with the legit taste of lemon tea I’ve been drinking in Hong Kong! Staffs are really nice and welcoming, hope they can open indoor dining soon!
The drinks and the food are so delicious and traditional!!! I pineapple fruit jelly iced tea and it has real pineapple inside! And the Trio meatballs and the egg waffle are so tasty! The staffs are very nice.
I came here last Friday, at around 10:35 pm. Firstly, when I entered the store, the staffs looked a bit annoyed, they even didnt say hi to the customer , i can sympathy when it was nearly closing time so i tried to ordered as fast as i could. The cashier girl kept giving me annoying look while i just took few second on the menu ( this is the first time i came here). When my order done, she even didnt say "Thank you" or anything else while i tried to say thank you nicely to them. Spending money and receive attitude for the service that i paid for? Well this will be the last time i came here and you guys should consider so you wont get uncomfortable when leaving :)I ordered amber brown sugar milk and kiwi iced tea, the Amber is good but the kiwi i suppose it should have some "real kiwi" inside, shouldn't it?
