Cluck Yeah! Was awesome! Love the jalapeno cheddar waffle and the chicken was so good with the sauces included. I got cluck sauce added too.Cheesy fries were also great! I got chipotle mayo added too.Love the taste of the sauces!
We ordered the cluck cluck yeah (waffle sandwich) cluck yllah (waffle) & son of a cluck sandwich. Overall the food was delicious & very fresh. We went at a busy time so there was a bit of a waiting but the service was great. Definitely will visit again when in the area!
They had one guy working the kitchen and the restaurant was booked. But the food was absolutely amazing. I had the Cluck Yea and the creativity was out of the park, including the taste. AND ITS HALAL. This is the first time that Downtown prices were worth it. Highly reccomend.
Heard about this place of coarse because of some food page on Instagram. I have to say it didn’t disappoint me really. Everything tasted good, my only complaint would be I asked for half fries and half coleslaw but didn’t get any coleslaw.Try it if you haven’t been you won’t be disappointed
This three star reviews for the owner, NOT the employees. The employees were so hardworking and did the best they could. Food was hot, delicious, and tasted fresh. Tipped the staff too.But what is the owner thinking? How do you put only TWO staff members in the store while you are the closest prominent / halal eatery next to Distillery District during holiday season?The restaurant was crazy busy, all the tables that could be occupied (as per regulation) were occupied, numerous skip orders, and countless takeout and only TWO staff members?I want to support local businesses but I have been to many other businesses with ample staff even with current shortages.I don't know if I will be coming back here again. You don't do that to your workers.
Today I was craving chicken and waffles and then I decided to look for the closest one to me and Google maps recommend Cluck Yeah Chicken and waffles so we decided to give it a try.We orderedCluck yeah! Just plain fried chicken breast and a plain waffleMother cluck! 3 pcs of fried chicken with a jalapeno and cheedar waffle, chicken could be more crispy to be honest and the waffle was good but doesn't need the cheddar and jalapenoHoly Chuck! Just a chicken and waffle sandwich with coleslaw nothing to excitedThe cluck sauce to be the house sauce need to be more flavorful and less tangy I just don't think it add the right flavorful to any chicken or a waffleOverall it was okay and big portions and the price was not bad
Gotta love chicken and waffles!Pre-pandemic, I used to frequent Cluck Clucks as I worked nearby.The other day, while in the area with a number of coworkers for the first time in over 2 years, I decided to stop by and pick up one of my favourite combos - the mother clucker!I was happy to see that the quality has not fallen off and the food was as delicious as I could remember it.My only suggestion would be to make maple syrup a staple so I can enjoy a combination of syrup and sauce - just saying ?. Otherwise, I could see no fault here!If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend giving them a try! However, if you do, make sure to give yourself enough time because all orders are made fresh.
If I could give no stars I would… this food is disgusting… the chicken is drier than the sahara desert and had absolutely no seasoning what’s so ever. 0 FLAVOUR!The bun was so stale it was cracking and falling apart before I even bit it. It was so hard to chew and shallow it was a sin… every bite was so disappointing….not to mention the coleslaw.. ew.Highly do not recommend unless you want to waste your money.

Gilin cooked for me and oh my God this has to be one of the best chicken spots in Toronto.. and they offer CHICKEN WAFFLES!!!We got the Cluck Yeah!. Chicken is juicy and the waffle is crispy. It might be a little saucy so watch out. I highly recommend asking for honey or syrup on the side.This definitely is a must visit!!
