My friends and I went there for my friend’s birthday. We loved the food and wine selection however I wish our server was a bit nicer and more attentive. He was really serious and it seemed like he was in a bad mood and there was another lady that was more attentive and asked us if we need anything else or how our food was. That changed our experience a bit but overall we had a good time and enjoyed our food. Beautiful place.
amazing pasta! Did a door dash delivery but would love to go here and dine in. Had alfredo penne pasta and garlic bread. the pasta was rich and creamy! good quantity. Garlic bread was not the usual it has garlic stuffing and on top. Great taste!
After hearing many positive comments, we decided to pick CIBO at Yonge St for our anniversary dinner. The service and quality of food justified to each of those positive comments we read.In total , 3 people attended our table including the bartender. I must say they were awesome, friendly and amazing! Food was great and had its own genuine flavor. Over all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place.Kudos CIBO.
Just had dinner at Cibo Yonge Street and had excellent service. Nadine was an amazing server and went above and beyond to provide the best service. The manager was also very nice and made our family dinner amazing.Cibo always a fantastic experience, till the next dinner.
The wait staff was friendly and fast. From salumeria we chose the prosciutto + formaggio to split and the selection on the board was amazing, if you have a group it's better than ordering appetizers. I ordered the lobster ravioli, it was so good I'm almost afraid to try anything else. They were stuffed with plenty of lobster and it didn't leave you wondering if it was in there. If the lobster ravioli was this good I look forward to sampling more from here.
The food was delicious however I wish servers would ask us how we are doing vs attempting to take our plates away. We still have food in the plate and numerous time they attempt to take our plates. Overall food was good!
My visit at Cibo was yet again exceptional! The food, the service, and over vibe was too good. Definitely one of my go-to spots in the city - always consistent with it’s quality!
We were a party of 8 at the Yonge Street location, and all really enjoyed! Even my very picky kids loved the margarita pizza and made sure to eat everything on their plate. The Nutella pizza for dessert was delicious as well!
Came here for dinner last night to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday. There was a total of 6 of us. We shared 4 appetizers (prosciutto with burrata, funghi, grilled calamari & grilled octopus) and it was all pretty tasty. We then ordered our main and also decided on 2 pizzas (San Giorgio & Gorgonzola - on the recommendation of our server since Chelsea did such a great job on the app recos) to share. I got the braised short rib ravioli in a porcini cream sauce & parmigiano reggiano... this was topped with some sauerkraut (or was it pickled onions?). Either way, it was such a genius move as it gave the dish a different flavor when pair with it, it cut through the richness. My friend was worry with the big dinner party sitting behind us & generally how busy the place was, that it would be difficult to get any attention however it was the exact opposite. Our server was friendly, attentive & efficient plus for being so busy, the kitchen knew how to roll with the punches & kept pumping food out quickly. The only part I didn't enjoy about our time there was how extremely loud it was. I was shouting the entire time to be heard just across the table.
Celebrated a friends birthday at lunch. Food and service was amazing. Bottomless mimosas are worth it
