Ordered through door dash delivery. The burger was excellent.The 10pc chicken was horrible... burnt and too toooo salty.
Great location. Portions and quality on point.If you like fast food fried chicken church's is an excellent option and imo better than the other chains.Honey butter biscuits are the best in the game and this location did them exceptionally well!
(This location is not mobility accessible. There is 1 step in order to enter the business and a door that is not automatic. The step is not steep, however it may be inaccessible for some individuals.) The rating is solely based on the quality of food and not the service. I ordered wings which were very crispy and a good amount of meat on the wings. I also ordered some biscuits that had a great flavour, the tops and bottoms had a bit of crispiness from the honey but the inside was super soft and tasted great. Service... 3 guys sitting behind the counter, telling me what was not available on the menu... I understand logistics issues, but when I attempted to order different food items, everything was going to be 15 minutes. At 6pm, I would think most items would be readily available.

I love their burgers and fried chicken. They aren't too oily like other fried chicken places which is what I enjoy the most. We usually always order Chicken Mexicana burger which in our opinion is the best. I don't like their fries and thus the poutine. They have those frozen chunky style fries which aren't anything special. The service of this store is really good. If you don't like anything the manager is always more than willing to replace the item and provide you with a fresh substitute!
Legit thought I caught covid because the chicken I got seems unseasoned. I don't know if it's just forgotten for this batch. It's easily fixed with some sauce. The chicken are generous size and beautifully cooked. The biscuit is the best honey butter biscuit I have ever had!! It's crispy outside and moist inside.
Better than Popeyes! I said it!! They make it fresh and I enjoy their chicken. Prices are cheaper than Popeyes too
Pathetic customer service most of the time stale fries and they do over charge asking for 36 cents for dip wether your order is above 100$ , I believe if the taste is good they need to train their staff to be nice with customers otherwise soon they will loose customers like this Really need someone to tell them how to behave with customers Very bad experience most of the time with staff
On 2 separate occasions I've gone here and gotten stale food. First time my chicken was kept in the UHC for so long the meat was yellowing. The second time the chicken is stale but not as bad, but now the fries are stale too.Ordered less chicken because I enjoyed the fries so much, and now they're terrible and I'm still hungry. If you want a decent meal while you're working, don't go here unless they address their issues.Also all staff were chatting without masks and left me waiting 3 or 4 minutes without even noticing.
Biscuit was great, chicken was good-ish, McCain's fries were baaaad - barely warm. No masks on staff. Chicken had clearly been sitting there for a while. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
