I used to love this restaurant a lot. I am working close by and order from them regularly usually online takeout. They used give good amount of food and suddenly they start declining on quantity. It’s so sad that they started doing this to online order as we can’t see what are they doing with my order.
The employees had a bit of difficulty understanding what I was saying, but aside from that, the burrito was absolutely amazing. Both employees that were taking my order had trouble wrapping it up just from the sheer amount of ingredients. The tortilla chips tasted amazing as well, although the salsa was only enough to cover 1/3 of the chips. That's something they should work on. Would definitely come here again. Although, I probably would suggest getting a bowl instead of a burrito if you're coming as a pair and sharing the meal.

1. Pathetic customer service. It took forever to prepare one chicken bowl. The staff didn't even bother to complete my order and started taking other people's order instead. I was left confused as to who is taking care of my order.2. The place is not clean and the staff is very unprofessional.I am a huge Chipotle fan but this particular experience at this particular location just put me off.
Line up moved very quickly. Had a Chicken Burrito. Plenty of toppings and the serving was a fair size for the price. The staff were friendly, quick and efficient. The whole visit was probably 5 minutes. Worth trying if you have never been. The Mall is quite buzy so parking at times is challenging
Used to love this location. Always was on point. As of the last year it's been declining heavily. Slow service at time, over spicy food (on non-spicy items like the chicken) and worst of all their take out. Ordered online for pick up, because of this you can't see them make the food so you need to trust in them to give you your moneys worth. This order was Extra Rice, Chicken and Lettuce. Simple and easy. You would think because I'm getting so little they would add a decent amount for my $14 dollar total. This is what I received. Common guys, I expected better. This is the first negative review I've ever written about any food place. I don't do this stuff but after so many mess ups, It's time to become a mini Karen.
One of the best places for Mexican food. The interior is beautiful, food is tasty, and service is great. The choice of options is the best thing there, you can choose and make your own food essentially. Would recommend 10/10.
I've been really happy with the meals I've had for my family from here. But I have found that I have to go in and order the food for takeout myself. I have tried the online ordering option a couple times now and each time our dinners were almost have the amount of food ind the bowl. I wish I had taken pictures now to show the differences. For the prices paid the value is OK with the regular ordered amount. But the online order didn't even fill half the bowl and was not even enough food for a child portion. I would have thought it was a mistake it it was just once. But it happened on 2 occasions and I order 6 meals each time. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the online ordering and I will never use it or suggest it for anyone else ever again in
