Extra critical as this is a corporation and they have the money to have better process and manage quality.Sloppy tacos and burritos. Who in this day and age charges for guacamole.Better off spending half that and making it at home.

I'm literally so sick of this location, they make sloppy tacos and just throw your food around . Explain to me how this is acceptable? I asked to have everything thoroughly drained because normally by the time I walk across the street to my apartment my tacos are a soggy mess. I truly dont know who would even make food like this for them self, let alone sell it to someone ? Figure out how to make food before working in food service. These are not tacos!
Great place to get food really quick delivery and no waits in line mainly unless it's lunch time where all the schools kids are there
Chipotle provides with complete meal. It's tasty plus healthy. I love the variety provided by chipotle. I highly recommend when you are very much full as it's quantity is quite good
The portion sizes are a hit or miss, but usually not too bad. The food is delicious, better than most other chipotle locations i've visited. Like the portions, the staff is a hit or miss but they are usually nicer.
Agree with the other reviews! Portion size is a joke. It's the same woman that packed it the last time I ordered. It's unfortunate that you would behave like that when other employees are so nice. A grown person orders food and gets what you can only call a kid's meal :/ I've to prepare myself to ask her to add more food because I know I'm set up for disappointment. I'm gonna do myself a huge favor and not go here. Especially if I see the nice lady :(
Really bad experience at this chipotle. Stood waiting for service for 5 minutes while 5 staff members laughed and joked behnd the counter. I wish I could tell you if the food was good but I walked out on frustration after being ignored.
Im a huge chipotle fan and I dread that this is the location closest to me. I usually go 20-30 mins out of my way to the one near Yonge/Dundas or on Front Street to avoid this spot. This location has a serious problem with the portioning and meat quality. They give you literally nothing and get super offended when you ask for more, even when its just rice or cheese. The meat always tastes like carpet and I have found hairs in my burrito bowls countless times. Chipotle is good but this location really does not meet the standard.
Their food is good. I haven’t tried the full menu, but I can vouch for their chips, guac, and beans.The only problem is consistency. Sometimes you’ll get chips that are drenched in oil and salt. Sometimes their guac will suck.Otherwise, this location is great.I also find their salsa has too much cilantro, but that’s a personal preference.
