The words don't even exist to describe how amazing this place is! This is by far the best fried chicken we have ever had! We literally travel over 2 hours just to eat here because it's that good.The food itself is delicious. Their sandwiches are delicious hot (and cold the next day if you have leftovers).The Buffalo chicken sandwich balanced with spicy and savoury. I recommend ordering an extra side of ranch with it.The sweet heat sandwich is spicy with a kick of jalapeño and a hint of sweetness. The jalapeños make it a perfect bite everything. The best side to order with this sandwich is coleslaw.The OG sandwich comes in a variety of spice levels and is an elevated classic chicken sandwich. I usually order it mild/medium or medium just because I find that spice level best compliments the sandwich.The chicken itself is super juicy, flavourful, and always hot! The portions are also a great size and if you have a small appetite you will always have leftovers.This place has amazing service as well and everyone who works there is great! If you don't like waiting, I recommend using their pre-order feature on the website. If you don't mind a small wait or are dining-in, ordering in the restarant is fine.

The BEST Nashville Hot Chicken in the city! The OG was so damn flavorful, and hot was HOT. I can usually eat hot, but this was burn your face off hot ... every minute was agony, but I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The coleslaw in the sandwich added perfect balance to the dish. The wings hit downtown flavortown!
delicious! the medium/hot spicy level was a bit too much for us compared to the medium level. but hey the sandwiches are really good and we’ll definitely be back for more.
Prepare for glory. This place unleashes a fried bird that would drive Newman and Kramer into insanity. It’s a messy affair but you won’t mind. Staff are super friendly and once lockdown is over the seating looks like a good time.
Best Nashville fried chicken in Toronto! I've been going here ever since they opened in 2018 and I always and only get the 1/2 chicken meal ($24.50) which is enough to feed 2 people. Without fail, it's always consistent and their chicken pieces are big, moist and juicy. That also applies to their white meat too! I personally find it tricky making chicken breast taste good without overcooking it and making it dry but at Chica's, they always cook everything to perfection where it's so enjoyable and tasty. Buttermilk ranch sauce is irresistible and pairs very well with their chicken. I would highly recommend!
We got the half chicken and the dino sized full wings and it feed us for multiple days! So crispy and flavorful - just be warned, the hot AF level is no joke. Really enjoyed the waffle fries, coleslaw and the bean salad was a big hit.
LOVED IT!! Chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Super flavorful, really spicy, and above all, crispy. Coleslaw was great and had a nice crunchy texture. Overall, you cannot go wrong here. 5-stars well deserved.
Had the sudden craving for a fried chicken sandwich. Drove all the way downtown to check out Chica’s. The old school feel in the restaurant is one of the best things about it. Wish we could’ve dined in, however, due to Covid we could only take out. I ended up ordering a mild/medium OG Sando with a brioche bun with a side of Cajun waffle fries. Chicken was perfectly crispy, a huge stack of pickles as you can see, generous amount of coleslaw, all nestled between a toasted brioche bun. The guys there knew what they were selling because they ended up giving me a huge stack of napkins and I used every single one of them.
By far and away the best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had, and I've tried a lot. The quality of the chicken was outstanding and the spices were so on point. Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Perfectly cooked and fresh right on the spot. The Cajun waffle fries were also excellent. Vibe in the restaurant seems good too. Would be an awesome place to dine in when it's open. Definitely recommend this place.
