Chiang Mai is a small but beautiful restaurant. Great service! And the plating of the food was beautiful. The spring rolls were tasty and our drinks were good. We both ordered fried rice which came out quickly but we’re lukewarm. They tasted good but was underwhelming compared to the presentation. My ginger fried rice had way too many huge ginger peels that were not the most pleasant to keep biting into to. I would come back here but try ordering other things off the menu.
We visited Chiang Mai for dinner this past weekend and had a great time. The decor and plating is fantastic, as was the food!We thankfully reserved a table ahead of time as the restaurant was fairly busy with both dine in and takeouts. We started with some spring rolls and crispy chicken, both of which were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. I also enjoyed the Chiang Mai Punch, which was a refreshing and surprisingly light drink. However, the Famous Pad Thai was a disappointment. The chicken and beef used in the dish did not taste fresh. The Crispy Chilli Sauce Stir-fry, on the other hand, was incredibly tasty with a healthy amount of spice! I loved the cone shaped rice that came with the Stir Fry. After indulging in the other dishes, I was surprised as to why the meat quality in the Pad Thai was not of the same Caliber. Our server was attentive throughout our meal and offered good recommendations. My only complaint is we ordered a cheesecake for dessert and were told 5-10 minutes in that it’s on its way. But after a total 15-20 minutes after ordering, the kitchen informed our server that the cheesecake was unavailable. I wish they informed us sooner so that we could’ve saved some time. All that being said, I’d like to come again and try some other offerings. I’d recommend any of the breaded chicken dishes for a first timer!
The food here is really great. If you are a fan of Thai food, you should definitely not skip this restaurant. Tom yum soup really has an unforgettable taste. The taste is not much different from the indigenous project of the Thai people, it can be said to be 99% similar. Especially in the soup, there are very large shrimp and the quality is not like other Thai restaurants. Highly recommend you come here to try Thai food
Had the most amazing experience at Chiang Mai. The food was so vibrant & extravagant and the flavours of each dish we tried was on point to traditional Thai food. We loved the presentation as each dish rolled out. It certainly fed our eyes and cameras before it fed us :) and the cocktails all tasted great (I love sweeter cocktails) so their selection was to my taste! The aesthetic of the cocktails as well was on point! Certainly would love to come back and try all of the exact same dishes again because now I am craving it all again!!!! From the experience to the flavour. What a beautiful location
Came here recently for dinner. It’s definitely on the pricier size in terms of Thai food. But everything was absolutely delicious. They have drinks specials for $9 and the service was very friendly. I love that they pulled out an ipad to show you what the drinks look like.
I found this restaurant on Tik Tok and I am VERY impressed!!! The food and drinks look AND taste AMAZING!!! It is very rare that you find a restaurant that is able to prepare such beautiful dishes that look EXACTLY like what is pictured online. Simply amazing. I held my birthday dinner here everyone has a great time. I do wish the restaurant was bigger and had longer hours because the vibe is so nice.
We did take out to this time since restaurant is packed and need to be prebooked . Food is great authentic Thai flavor, Tom Yin Pad Thai noodles is my favorite. Spicy beef salad is light and tasty. This restaurant's plating is beautiful but we took take out home the food is no longer presentable. Sorry no food picture.
My husband and I are regular take-out customers at this place. But today we decided to dine in. The experience was beyond our expectations. Starting from being greeted by very friendly and professional stuff to unique food representations, rich flavours and tastes. The stuff is hardworking, very attentive and caring, creating a very pleasant and friendly ambiance. We will be definitely back!FYI, if you order mango salad, the portion is good for 2-3 people.
Really nice and lively atmosphere and decor. Food was delicious, we had the Fish Cake and Thai Calamari from starters and main the famous pad Thai chicken, Famous Pad Thai vegetable, Massaman Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice. I am only giving 4 starts because the music was loud I feel like when you going to restaurant and you are with your family and friends you want to talk to them normal and not have to talk loud so they can understand you. Also I had to talk really loud to the waitress so she can take my order.
Reasonably priced Thai food, conveniently located within Liberty Village. Great quality food and friendly service.I ordered a tamarind margarita, which was very sour and almost undrinkable. (Hence 4 stars)Overall would recommend the food items
