I Ordered 100% sugar for my drink and tasted like nothing, no flavor of tea or even pudding. Also tapioca was less than usual. Not even that tasty anymore, less flavor of tea , sugar, less boba.service was 7.5/10
Some drinks are better than others, it may take some a few tries to get the drink/sugar ratio right that you really enjoy since there are so many options. I had the Thai milk tea with boba and it was fresh and delicious!!
Really awesome bubble tea. I always get Peachy Lechy and I always love it. We only go here after Curry across the street, but it's always amazing.
Staff made a wrong drink for me today again. I ordered a drink w pudding but pearl was in my cup. How can you guy always made this mistake?

I got the bad experience with the server name “OZACA” (I’m not sure this is exactly his name)I came to Chatime on Thursday, April 14 between 4:30-5pm.If I can give you the 0 star I will.Rude!!! Really really rude!!! The staff is really rude, he yelled me in front of a lot of people. He asked me to pay extra for the bag and I said “yes please”, then he asked me for the point member, I said I didn’t have. After my 6 drinks ready, he didn’t put all of them in my bag, I asked him where is my bag, he fight to me. I don’t know what’s the problem with him. The first thing you need to learn is about customer service, and the second thing you need to know is how can you run the business. Do not think you have a lot of customer so you don’t care about the feeling of customer. PLEASE BE POLITE AND RESPECT WITH CUSTOMER. I came here a lots and every time I got bad experiences, but today is the most bad feeling that I got. I’m pretty sure 100% that I am not the only one to get this BAD EXPERIENCE. If you don’t trust me you can check the camera at that moment. I came here to pay for my stuff, not for free. That’s so terrible experience in downtown location, for another location, they all have the WORK ETHIC, not like this. The drinks are good but the customer service make them bad.I hope the manager need to train the staff to become more professional.
Solid boba place, always very clean and tasty. I recommend jasmine milk tea with grass jelly, taro with pudding, passionfruit qq!
Went there for tea the girl on the cash was yelling at me and she was very rude because I was asking if the machine takes tap and I asked her why are yelling she actually left me and no one on the cash for a while and someone else came with my tea.. why would you hire such rude person ? They hate their job and will make us hate the place.. never going again
Visited this location yesterday around 12pm and there was only one girl working, but it was especially helpful because she was trilingual - I went with my grandparents who only spoke Cantonese and Mandarin and my dad who only spoke English, all of us were trying Chatime for the first time and the staff was switching languages and explaining what tea flavours would be more suitable for our tastes. We all loved her service and how she recommended what sugar levels and toppings we should get.Wonderful experience, will definitely come back!
I ordered Matcha Milk tea on Jan 9th around 1:45 pm at Younge and Dundas. The lady at the counter was super rude. The Matcha Milk tea literally had 1/4th pinch of Matcha or maybe none. I ordered with no ice and less sugar and I got the glass(regular size) filled with ice. When I asked for the ice to be removed, the said lady rolled eyes, took off the ice and added WATER right in front of me. So eventually I ended up paying $6.22 ( including taxes.....the tea was $5.5) for a glass of milk and water!!!!
