This location keeps denying us the Espresso Brown Sugar Pearls with oat milk and they insist it's "impossible" to make that drink with oat milk, despite having the little "oat" sign beside it for upcharge of $0.9.I hope they would at least put in the effort to learn their own menu. Pathetic... Other locations never gave us problems. Too bad this location is closest to where we live. We'll ensure not to step foot in this one.
It’s a bit ridiculous that I ordered several drinks and cannot get a bag to hold them. 15 cents for a bag now? Come on….Ended up dropping one. Ugggh
Chatime is always consistent but this location is so hectic. The store can barely fit 4 people and during the snow the floor was soaked in brown water on the white tiles. But if you need bbt, then this is it
I've been here twice to give it a second chance, as I go to Chat Times around the GTA many times a week and absolutely love them. There's something off about this location, at least for their hot drinks. They are lukewarm at best, and the tapioca balls are very firm and not enjoyable at all. Really weird. Had to toss my last drink sadly, it was quite bad. Kind people running the shop though.

The manager or owner abuses his staff. Witnessed him raising his voice at an employee because he was frustrated with her pace of learning. It was uncomfortable and I feel for the employees.
First time at Cha time, really didn’t know anything about bubble tea, I asked for recommendations and they didn’t have any so I chose one randomly. Great tasting beverage but staff coulda been a little bit more helpful. Place was clean overall too! Highly recommend
We had a customized Mango Smoothie beverage with pearls (tapioca) and a, Brown Sugar Pearls with Oat Milk. I have nothing more to say than, I'm going back again.
The service is super fast here and the the customer service is great, staff are so friendly. Probably my favourite location!
It’s bubble tea, it’s a small location, so don’t expect them to dish out orders out so rapidly lol
