I’m late to the butter baker soft serve party, but I’m so glad I’m here! Their vanilla soft serve is beautiful! It’s white as snow, soft serve perfection and it tastes even better. Smooth, not super sweet, soft, luscious ice-cream. I had the tiramisu sundae, the cake at the bottom mixed with some melted soft serve.. amazing! Can’t wait to try their cakes next!

I expected better. It's tasty, but everything is small and overpriced. Very small pieces of cakes for the price. We ordered cake ( that needs utensils to eat), cookies, and ham and cheese croissants.- In my order I asked for forks, spoons, and napkins. We are in a hotel. None of that was placed with our order. How are we supposed to eat soft cake?- Sweet cookie packed with savoury croissant (same small box). You should not pack savoury and sweets together. The cookies smell like ham and cheese.

Their Chocolate Croissant and Almond Walnut Croissant are not fresh! In-fact, my husband and I had to force ourselves to finish the pastries we bought because they were so expensive! The walnuts on the Croissant were so rancid, I considered taking my purchase back. They were also odd shape, dry and small (almost as if something went wrong in the preparation and baking process). I do not recommend this bakery and will not return.

We waited for 20 min to find out there is no ice cream and only few pieces of baked goods left. Staff waited on a customer who just walked in and did not wait on line. before waiting on us. Another staff started to take another customer behind us. There should have been a staff directing the line. We walked out without anything.

My expectation was high and they most certainly delivered! This was one of the aesthetically pleasing, healthier and better soft serves I've had. The Strawberry and Vanilla Swirl for $6.50 was light, subtle and delectable. I love the silky and smooth texture of the soft serve, most similar to sorbet. It was quite refreshing and you can taste the real and natural ingredients incorporated. I like that they change and introduce new fruity flavours every month or so. Looking forward to trying more of their heavenly creations!

Get the palmier!!!

Finally got to try the famous strawberry x vanilla soft serve that everyone bas been posting on IG. Hands down one of the best ice creams I've ever had and I can't believe I've waited this long to try it. The soft serve was light yet creamy and super refreshing on a hot summer day.Very excited to try the other flavours!

Cute little bakery with lots of dessert choices. Their cake slices are delicious and on the smaller side - a great choice if you want a lighter dessert. Please work on your frozen treats though; the sorbet swirl is cute and pic worthy, but melts super fast … like you have 3 mins to gobble it down before it turns into fruit juice :’(

Overrated and overpriced ice-cream...Strawberry is sorbet, yes i understand. But the vanilla also taste like sorbet.. the cone is even worse. Their so call waffle cone isnt what i expected. It tasted like paper! Not the type of waffle cone i had, buttery and sweet. Cannot finish the ice cream and threw it half way through...Toronto needs rain or shine

Well, I don’t find any flaws. The service is impeccable, desserts are great. People seem to be enjoying ice cream as well. 5 stars.
