Wow… the other bad reviews weren’t lying. This location is by far the worst Burrito Boyz I’ve been to. This was a small chicken burrito and it was the size of a football. Small amount of cold tasteless chicken and huge portions of beans and rice. AC was not on in June and air circulation was very poor. Washroom was also “out of service”.This location is next to a hospital and none of the employees were wearing masks. First and last time coming to this location.
Of the 5 staff members, 2 had masks on but were wearing them below their noses, and 3 had no masks whatsoever - including the staff member cooking the meats, and the staff member assembling the burritos. It was completely disgusting and I will not be returning. I ordered the chicken burrito via Ritual, so I had no idea about the lack of health and safety standards until I walked in to pick up the order.
Price has gone up $2, but the quality doesnt reflect.You can't charge $14 for a burrito bowl that's average. You need to up the quality or give better meat portions.As it stands (March 2022) buying here just isn't worth it , spend money elsewhereThis location was never good to begin with but with $2 price hike it's x2 as bad
Ordered on Uber Eats and it said 25min. It actually took 55 minutes. When I got the order it was a little saggy and cold. The Uber guy got lost, he was in the wrong building calling asking why I wasn’t there. I will make sure I don’t order from this Burrito Boyz unit again. So frustrating!!
I had the Haddock burrito just now and added their mango coleslaw to it (which Ive not tried) and it was SO GOOD! Crispy and delicious! They were generous with the topings I asked for, and made it super quick! Props to who ever made my burrito, I am one happy and full lady!
The employees were super friendly when we asked about their menu. Also they offer generous amounts of food for great price! Highly recommend! :)
At this point it goes without saying guy service isn't the best at this location but that's something everyone is experiencing around the country. The people that work at the store were pleasant and apologetic but the phone ordering and the completion of said orders needs a lot of improvement. I am fairly certain that the phone needs to be fixed or replaced as I have called and to order on two separate occasions and both times the person on the other end could not hear me. I've even attempted to use a different device with no success. Food is great, service not so much.
The best burritos I've ever had! The hot sauce is AMAZING! It made me cry, and that takes alot!
I eat burrito boyz everyday for lunch in the city at different locations depending on where I am that day (work). This place is by far the worst. Cold flimsy burritos with minimal meat portion. I even opened my burrito and brought it back in to show him the 2inch piece of fish and his response was "it's a small haddock." I forgot that 11.50 doesn't buy much anymore is I guess what he meant. Try the dufferin st location near the 401. Huge portions and hot off the grill. I eat these burritos everyday so take my word and avoid this location.
Chicken nachos come cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Tasted gross.
