The best smash burger I’ve ever had! We got one of each but I personally enjoyed the original cheeseburger more. The cheese fries were amazing as well.Katherine and Greg were also super sweet! Visiting from Hawaii, the pineapple coconut smoothie was a little taste of home.Definitely will be back soon!

Favourite burger spot in the city. Burgers aren’t too heavy and the flavours of the patty, bun, sauce, melted so perfectly together. These guys know what they’re doing. The prices are extremely reasonable too for what you get. It’s a must try!!

A very good smash burger and would definitely recommend for people to try. I personally preferred the American style over the OG for the ketchup relish. I do wish their drop sauce was more flavorful though since it tastes more or less like a light mayo. curly fries weren't anything special but the onion rings were the very crispy and freshly made.

Came here because of all the hype online, the burgers and cheese fries looks soo good. Well I have to say this place lived up to the hype and then some. Very well worth it and so delicious. Awesome smash burger and the cheese fries were perfect. So nice and crispy, even the edges of the burger are crispy it’s a really nice touch. Would 100% recommend this place.

Visited from Vancouver and this was one of the things on our list to try since my boyfriend saw a raving review about it on Tiktok. Burger drops did not disappoint! The guy who was working the cash (I believe he was the owner) could tell we were unfamiliar with the place as it was our first time. He was so passionate about the place and broke down how the burgers were made and then told us what the best things to order were. The burgers were amazing. Meat was crispy on the edges but juicy in the middle. Cooked to perfection and deliciousness with every bite. Sides were also phenomenal! I would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you Burger Drops for an unforgettable experience!

Burger Drops has been open for a little while in the Liberty Village area, and I cannot believe I only got to it now. Amazing smashburgers, probably the best I have had so far. I got the Double Original with Bacon, which comes with a double patty, griddled sweet onion, American cheese, house pickles, Drop sauce, all in a toasted potato roll. The patties are so crisp on the exterior, and juicy on the interior. I love how the pickles complement everything, they are cut thinly but still have a good crunch, and the acidity complements all of the other ingredients in the burger! And lastly, their potato roll is delicious. I find that some tend to get overly soggy with the meat and its juices, but this holds incredibly well, with a great softness as well.

I just saw a burger drops on Instagram, one of my friends posted them & it looked DELICIOUS!They then posted about a limited edition burger called the holiday burger, which only happens once a month, so I thought I would give it a try. That's the one in the photos here.I got it on the very last day, it used dry aged beef, Swiss and truffle aoili, etc. It was amazing, the dry age really made a difference. I would recommend checking it out! It had pickles relish which I'm not sure if I was a fan of but can't hate on it either. The patty itself was next level out of this world. The onion rings might have been some of the best I've ever had. Reminded me of the a&w ones but better and did not fall apart like theirs. It came with their homemade drop sauce which was a very solid condiment.I would 100% go back to try the rest of the menu! It's small so you know it's well done, the person taking our order might have been the owner, she was in a lot of the older photos in the restaurant, super nice and doing great work!

You probably don't think much about burgers. You've had a burger before, probably more times than you can count. After all, they're quite simple: ground beef patty, cheese (if you a real one), toppings, bun. But let Burger Drops be the place to show you that great cooking technique can take the ordinary burger and turn it into an extraordinary masterpiece.Let's talk about the Original burger, which is my favourite of the two permanent options (the other being the American). It starts with the beef. Top quality beef, hand-formed, and then smashed to give it the crust that imparts all of its flavour. Top it with melty American cheese, pickles, and their secret Drop sauce, and then sandwich it between a squishy, toasted potato bun. You'll probably want another burger, or perhaps a double. If you're a fan of thin-cut fries, then you'll love the ones here. Get it with the cheese sauce and you'll leave the shop a very happy person. All this to say that Burger Drops is one of the best burgers you can get in the city. The thought and methodology that goes into these burgers is what sets it apart from other places. Enjoy!Check out @foodpharaoh on Instagram for more food!

This is an absolute gem of a find. It has been open for a little over a year now but I can see it quickly be coming a huge favorite in the Liberty village area. The staff are absolutely amazing friendly but the star of the show of course is there beautiful smashed burger cooked to perfection.

This may be the best burger in Toronto, I’ve had it a few times now so I’m confident in my word to say it. Reminds me like a gourmet shake shack burger. Med-Thin smashed patties, soft buns, great sauce. Cheese fries are amazing too. The staff are the nicest people ever and make you feel like your family. Never had a bad experience!
