The place was cozy and servers were nice but the signature brown sugar bubble tea wasn't the greatest. The brown sugar tapioca was wonderful, however, the drink wasn't mixed so it tasted like someone just poured milk and sprayed some whipped cream on top of the tapioca. On top of that, the milk tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.

Horrible customer service, it used to be my go-to store for bubble in DT. This time, I went to the store and ordered two drinks. One of them is not what I expected (pure milk instead of milk tea due to communication with the staff). She refused to replace that and said it was all my fault. Ok. I ordered another drink then. When I got home, the other one I got (iced lychee tea) has a broken package and spilled my clothes. What a disaster. I called them again, but got just cold reply: we can give you another one. No apologies, no kind words. I will never go to this store again.

The best bubbles I've tasted. They are the perfect texture! My go to spot for coffee bubble tea!

Came here to wait and kill time before heading to dinner at Raku. It’s a super cute place and I like how their menu isn’t too extensive! I always have a hard time choosing when there’s too many options. I’ve actually been here once last summer and loved it too. I got the hot signature brown sugar milk tea and my bf got the soy milk bubble. Mine was sweeter, so if you don’t like your brown sugar milk tea to be sweet I’d go for the organic soy milk! It was a warm tasty spot to wait at before our dinner. I felt a lil sad whenever I had to stab the straw through the lid bc i’d always get the little girl’s face :( super cute decor and cup tho!! I wanna come back again and try some of their fruity drinks

If you like oat milk bubble tea - this is the place to go. One of my favorite bubble tea places - the tapioca is perfect every time!

Great tea. Awesome Tapioca.Initially I wanted bubble milk tea. However they had many options which confused me. I asked the cashier for her recommendation. She recommended jasmine iced tea. The tea was refreshing. Tapioca was sweet, soft but chewy. A lot of places have Tapioca which is too chewy and bland. They had awesome Tapioca. The jasmine tea was great as well. Definitely recommend that. The staff was friendly and the prices were affordable.Wished they add how many calories on their menu.

Delicious place! I really loved the milk + brown sugar tapioca. It was probably the best tapioca I've ever had, it was SO soft and chewy. It really blended well with the milk. I couldn't really taste the mousse though, but overall one of my fav brown sugar drinks.

Went here for the first time and bought their mango slush. They’re a bit unique and at the moment with little selections of flavours. I find it different, compare to other bubble tea places, having the tapioca hot and the slush cold. If you want something a little different, give it a try.

I got the Lee’s Original Brown Sugar Bubble & from someone who always prefers mango, I must say that this was pretty good! The cashier was friendly & I went to the Markham location. To see more, I made a video reel on my Instagram @torontofoodiepaul

I got the grape limeade and jasmine milk tea with brown sugar pearls. The drinks were average - not bad but not as good as the many other options available in the area. I would have given this place 3 stars but the server Maggie took 25 minutes to make my two drinks from the time printed on the receipt until the time I received them. She moved very slowly, like she was tired, unhappy, and did not want to be at work. It was painful watching her walk back and forth inefficiently, pick things up and put things down unnecessarily like she was confused about what she should be doing next. There was a woman who entered the line immediately behind me and after waiting for about 20 minutes, she eventually left the store because Maggie was making my drink and did not even acknowledge her.
