Exceptional food and service. The New York rigatoni is my favourite — it's a must try! Also, make sure you save room for dessert, take your pick as they all hit the spot! The chef personally came to our table to ask how our food was which I found to be a lovely touch. It shows they generally care about their output and the customer experience. Peter, our waiter was witty, well-informed, and an all round gentleman when dealing with us (a group of seven and a baby). 100% would recommend this fine dining establishment to anyone in the area.
The food was once again EXCELLENT. I had the gazpacho, the caesar salad, and the grilled shrimp and scallops. It was worth every penny!
Generally a great place to dine though last night, they were out of 2 of the wines we wanted and only one waiter (who was awesome) to manage the entire restaurant which was quite busy.
Arranged for a party of 12 (Birthday celebration) ... making special arrangements was very easy ... setup was done ... food was excellent ... servers attentive to the group ... everyone commented on the great food and atmosphere ... would highly recommend this place ... definitely will be back
Everything was lovely but our favourite thing is the fries. Also, the service is so friendly and welcoming. It's a really lovely neighbourhood spot.
Great food and selection of wine. Service was also wonderful.
Pasta special was surpassed only by the waiter. Wine by the glass is not economic; order by the bottle.
Brownes is a great neighborhood restaurant with a varied regular menu and always delicious specials. And the apple crumble was superb!
I can’t begin to describe how wonderful it is to dine at Browne’s. The food is amazing. The staff are fun and gives exceptional service, and the bistro is beautifully decorated in a classy design. The only thing I might say that we noticed was the noise level but with everything else being excellent, it didn’t matter. I highly recommend Browne’s Bistro. It has never disappointed me in all these years.
