Peruvian Salad Acai Bowls

One of our bowls was missing potatoes but still delicious nonetheless. Excellent spice mix, quality ingredients, and we loved both the shrimp and mushrooms!Edit: Brasa generously reached out and made sure we will be back to try those potatoes. 6 stars!

Such a nice experience overall. There was a mistake with my delivery order, and they fixed it very smoothly and with no hesitation :)The corn is delicious as everyone says. I also loved the hominy in the potato queso bowl. The potatoes are also excellent!(That bowl - potato queso - was my fave. If you need more protein - and I will do this next time - cook up a piece of salmon for that bowl! and you could probably even then have it for two meals!)I don’t eat meat other than seafood but I will be ordering the chicken bowl for my mama :)I will definitely be eating here again and supporting this establishment.

I have only tried Peruvian cuisine from one other place, Los Chicos in Markham. It's one of my favourite places and some of the best chicken you'll have, so I gave this place a try since they had a 2 for 1 on UE.I ordered the bowl, and it was delicious. The portion was fair and the ingredients were fresh. The only negative things are related to personal preference:The chicken appeared to be mixed rather than breast (I prefer breast)The golden beets would have been better in smaller pieces (The flavour is a little strong so smaller pieces would be better imo)Definitely great food and worth checking out. I'd say Los Chicos still has a slight edge in the chicken department, but this place is definitely worth it! Looking forward to trying their other dishes

I’ve ordered the Andean Roasted Potato Bowl from Uber Eats and I was delightfully pleased with the perfectly roasted planca garlic potatoes. What was a real surprise was the crunchy toasted Peruvian corn and sweety drop peppers. Truly delicious. Just this past week I was able to visit Brasa’s new location which opened in the First Canadian Place. Here I had the Hot Brasa Chicken Bowl. This meal included a generous portion of roasted chicken had the perfect amount of heat to it. I’m a big fan of beats and the golden beats in this bowl are served to perfection. Thanks Brasa!

I recently tried Brasa for the first time via UberEats and was impressed. I purchased the vegetarian Andrea Roasted potato bowl. The bowl was super filling for lunch, and tasted so good!Little things about my order that made a big difference: the potatoes were still hot when I received my bowl, Brasa personalizes every bag with a thank-you and a short bio of the new restaurant, the Peruvian red peppers that were spicy + sweet added a ton of flavour. Thanks again!

Brasa has become my go-to for takeout and it's a choice I always feel great about. The food is nutritious, delicious, and delightfully appetizing to look at.I have ordered from here dozens of times and tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. My favourite is the Andean Potato Bowl with the chicken add-on. Everything is perfectly seasoned, and the quality is consistently excellent. Service is always impeccable and.the staff are so kind. I also love that Brasa is a living wage employer.

Tried the Hot Chicken Bowl today. Ingredients were fresh. While the bowl looked small at first, it was compacted with food leaving me pretty full even after a morning fast. They put the sauce in the side which was perfect for me so I could dail in the level of spice/flavour. Love the mix and use of different types of vegetables that isn't typical of most salad/health fast casual spots. Will order again, as this is one of my top healthy eating places now.

For someone who truly does not like salads and sees no point of ordering it, I was convinced to. And I'm happy I did. They're delicious and the taste is addicting. They're fresh, colorful and unique. The portions are just enough to fill you. Definitely suggest and will order again.

This was my first opportunity to dine on Peruvian cuisine. It was surprisingly simple but amazingly flavourful & colourful! My sweetie and I ordered the Yellow Chili Pepper Shrimp Salad as well a Hot Brasa Chicken Bowl.A meal presentation in a paper bag with a personalized thank you (that I could reuse again.) Cool! A bowl container were I could view the presentation & eye-popping colours. Excellent! Meal taste and value? Excellent.Suggestion for a small environmental improvement? Give the customer a chance to decline the plastic utensils on the order website. My business intrigue also led me to listen to podcasts by Michel Falcon, the company founder & CEO. Great life lessons & experiences.I also had a chance to speak with Operations Coordinator Mariel, who was brimming with excitement about the company vision, the human talent employed as they begin expansion of locations, and the company culture being fostered.Sounds like the genesis of a success story backed by great cuisine.

You can’t describe in words the flavour and taste these bowls contain. The quality of the ingredients is second to none. Throughly enjoyed both vegan options. Will be back!
