Poor customer service.The store manager is apparently also the owner's wife and is extremely rude. They under fill your cup, gave the from chicken Quesedilla, turned out to be Tuna. (Allergy btw).When confronted with the order, she denied everything and didn't want to do anything... I was baffled. I ordered a chicken, make the swap.I believe the daughters worked there too...Beware, they are even more entitled.She was scrolling on her phone at the cash registry while there was a line up and got really annoyed when she had to clear the line.Mr, Owner, this will not continue for long. Karma will catch up to you if you dont act on this type of behavior. Its not good for business.

Rude staff … ordered a mango hurricane without strawberry and when I turned away to look back at the blender it had strawberries in it. I reminded the employee… and she didn’t even look at me. Just grabbed the wrong order and started a new one. Wasn’t sure if she was having a bad day but it’s nice to acknowledge paying customers who aren’t rude to staff. Going to stay away from this location going forward.

I love Booster Juice and frequently use other locations without issue. This place used to be awesome when it opened initially. Unfortunately, my more recent visits have been immensely disappointing.First of all, the store is boiling hot and literally reeks of rotten dairy. Clearly they need to improve store ventilation and the storage of dairy products within the store to prevent dairy from going bad. They also need to do a deep cleaning following some sort of incident in order to eliminate the overpowering odour.Secondly, there is no staff mask compliance, let alone enforcement of customer masking or customer limitation bylaws. This is particularly troubling considering that these laws exist in the interest of PUBLIC SAFETY during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Frankly, if store staff don't care to obey the law (or just keep their customers alive and well), then I don't care to remain a customer.This location routinely serves people without masks without staff batting an eyelash. The staff themselves don't wear their masks above their noses, either, which entirely defeats the purpose of wearing a mask at all. One's nose is obviously connected to their lungs and can therefore spread an airborne virus.The last time I visited this location, they had me waiting alongside an unabashedly unmasked individual inside the store (which was also hot and reeked) for over ten minutes. Furthermore, as we were waiting for our orders, the only staff working at the time was serving additional folks who should not have even been in the store (according to 50% store capacity rules) instead of preparing our orders and getting us out the door . When I opened the door while waiting in order to at least circulate some air (for double the recommended store capacity also with an unmasked individual waiting inside the store without even maintaining a safe physical distance), I was instructed by the staff member to close the door because letting fresh air inside the store was somehow considered problematic. It is beyond me how enhancing public safety, as well as limiting the hot temperature and the awful smell, was problematic but I'm not one to argue with store staff if I can avoid it.My second last visit had similar safety issues, although at least this unmasked individual tucked their chin into their coat once I noticed them. (The staff did nothing to prompt this.) The place still reeked and was hot. They also gave me far less smoothie than they should have inside the cup. Considering the drink I ordered costs close to $10, I would expect the cup to be full (like other stores).Suffice to say, I will not be repeating my last couple of experiences at this store location and will instead take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a drink from this location. The regular size and drink tasted spoiled had throw out the whole drink after a couple of sips. Truly disappointed. And I will not be returning back to this location.

I like booster juice, but today I tried this place and it was a bad experience! The staff were so rude! Never go back again

***The entrance of Booster Juice is from outside the mall***They have great staff! Even when they’re busy they make sure you have a great experience! It’s always delicious :)??***Their store is always clean which makes me feel safe every time I go! As shown in the images attached***

Been at this place at least 10 times since it started. I tried most of the signature smoothies and my favorite is tropikale. I waked in all the time and not very crowded during pandemic. They do take orders online like uber eats and skip the dishes so its mostly busy. Staff is extremely friendly. Booster juice is always custom made to order and so it takes time to make every order. I am glad to rather wait for my nutritious smoothie rather than buy a coffee from else where.
