Bloom cafe has an authentic Japanese cafe vibe, with a various pastry options from matcha, strawberry, yuzu, etc. Pair well with any drinks as the sweetness level is low, refresh yet creamy.Can’t argue that they have pleasant customer service, you will get a good guidance even for your first time in the store.They have a lot of tables, plus a quiet space at the back for students/ meeting purposes.
Had the matcha mochi, and it was just awesome. Super soft, like eating clouds. Would come back for sure
Amazing Japanese coffee shop. We were not only clients but guests. We came with my wife and there was no space as the coffee shop is very small, the waitress told us to come back in 30min and when we came back our spots were reserved. They didn't know us but they took us very seriously and they provided us great service. All their products are high quality and very fresh. If you love Matcha, that's the best place. It is mind blowing how fresh it is! I highly recommend. Just wow! I miss this place as I am located in Montréal. Big love to the people who welcomed us.
Fantastic soft serve and cream puffs! Cool dessert spot with a great sitting area in the back.———We really liked both the matcha and strawberry soft serve; they offer it mixed too so you can try both.The cream puffs were airy and soft. The earl grey filling was delicious. Great little place for an evening dessert.
Another place off the bucket list!Bloom is known for their cream puffs, which taste awesome! The choux pastry is super soft and the cream is light and airy matching the choux and still flavourful!But what I wanted to highlight is the eclairs! So many textures in a bite. The craquelin giving a bit of crunch, while the choux underneath balances it out with the softness and then the smoothness of the cream. So well done!Got a couple drinks to go alongside it all and it was an iced London fog and the iced hojicha latte. The hojicha had nice flavouring but just wish for a bit stronger taste in that, but still smooth!Service is awesome even when they were training a new person when I went and can see that they try their best to be attentive and informative with their offerings and selections.Great job overall! Wonderful desserts!I tried the matcha cheesecake, early grey and yuzu panna cotta, vanilla and chestnut cream puffs, and Hojicha latte.The cream puffs and latte were the standouts. The cream was the perfect level of sweetness and you could taste the actual whipped cream base!
Special dessert and tea.However, once I ordered a cake to go, they didn't put the personal message on the cake. And I emailed the cafe for changing the pickup time, never received an reply.
so good !! i didn’t think strawberry and matcha ice cream would mix well but i was wrong ! i was pleasantly surprised. i also ordered a houjicha latte, which was amazing. i liked how i could change the sugar and ice level for the drink, which isn’t common for lattes outside of a traditional bubble tea spot. the staff were helpful and the interior was beautiful. i will definitely come again ! :)
Had their cream puffs, good as usual. Best to go in the afternoon as they sell out fast. Got all this for $10 during their Asialicious offer
Puffs are the best!! My favourite is matcha one? it’s not too sweet and puff cream is very light. Definitely recommend this dessert shop!
